When I flushed the bath water, water leaked from the toilet drain and flooded my feet. I was also shocked when I received a call from the hotel saying that I had not yet checked out, even though I had checked out in person.

When I checked in, the machine was not working properly, but the staff was very friendly and I didn't mind the machine malfunction at all.
