Room was clean and beds were very comfortable, but definitely tight in terms of space as there was not much room to walk around if you have your luggages open.
Hotel staff were all friendly and most of them could speak English too. Hotel was actually just under a 10 min walk from Shin-Osaka (Exit 4); but it may feel like a longer walk if you are moving with luggages lol
The 3rd floor guest lounge area was great for having meals as there were tables and chairs provided, plus there were drink dispensers and microwave ovens for guests to use.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and will likely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Osaka :)

A great hotel that was clean and relatively spacious! Was blessed with a room on the top floor so the views were nice.
Would love to stay here again but 1 minor downside that I had was the walk from the train station felt far because I had a heavy luggage with me. But without my luggage, the walk didn’t feel that bad 😅

This hotel was just around 10 minutes walk from Shin-Osaka station. However, please be aware of the stairs when carrying heavy luggage. Apart from that, the location is very convenient with many restaurants around and Lawson just near the hotel.
We booked a room with breakfast and was pretty satisfied with the variations. There was also a special event upon our stay and kids could pick some snacks at the lobby.
Overall, will recommend this hotel in Shin-Osaka Station as your hotel base.

Pretty much has what u need, it’s actual location is about a 6 minute walk from exit 4 of the shin-osaka station metro line, so u need a bit of additional time if your limited express trains is on the other side of the station, but it’s still do-able. Breakfast was packed, they need to seat you and all I can say is that it was slow and in efficient; breakfast selection wasn’t ok/not bad. Elevators are plentiful, 6 in total, though the hotel does have about 24 floors, but a point to note is that despite the hotel being relatively new, the speed of the elevators are very very slow by modern standards, so it will take some time……

The hotel just 6 minutes walk from the station. The breakfast is fruitful and the hot spring is nice. The flower blossom in the lobby is so pretty. Our family enjoy to stay in this hotel.
