I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the experience.
First and foremost, the breakfast service was absolutely dreadful. There were far too many people, making it feel crowded and chaotic. The food was mostly unappetizing, and popular items ran out quickly. A specific issue was the misleading labels; when they substituted salmon for an unappetizing white fish, they failed to update the signage.
On the last day of my stay, I was unable to use the breakfast service due to a flight change. Despite my repeated requests for an alternative, the hotel did not provide any substitute for the missed breakfast. The only concession they offered was to give me two bottles of water for the road.
In our room, the window could not be opened, making the atmosphere quite stuffy. We had to keep the air conditioning running constantly to make it bearable. Additionally, the furniture in the room seemed outdated and in need of renovation. We even found a hairpin on the floor left behind by previous guests, which indicates a lack of proper cleaning.
Service was lacking as well. We were not offered any assistance with our luggage to the room, which was inconvenient. Moreover, the coffee cups provided were extremely small, making them unsuitable for brewing drip coffee packets.
Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards of a five-star establishment.
