I’m very happy with this hotel, services, clean, convenient, location and the staff in the hotel. Excellent, only with a flaw of the Main Street noise in the night. But I guess still tolerable. I will go to this hotel again next round when I revisit Osaka

- Clean room with little onsen bath area
- Good city location, just no special view
- Good service to take taxi to the airport
So so :
- They don’t clean the room everyday. They said it’s part of the eco-friendly green concept. But I beg to differ : the housekeeping does your bed does not consume any natural resources. However, they put new towels in everyday - that consumes natural resources. It’s quite contradictory, isn’t it?
- Amenities so so. Nothing special

The location was a little bit far from core shopping area especially we were carrying lots of goods back to hotel.
The hotel service was good with helpful front desk personnel. Room size was a bit small for 2 suitcases opened.

Location was great even though its not really near the metro stations. But the hotel is well within the touristy areas, like kuromon market and the dotonbori. There is also a 7-11 just beside the hotel.

- hotel is relatively new;
- good room size for family with kids;
- toilet and shower in separated space or convenience
- nice clean room & towels are changed everyday
- safe as lift requires guest cards to go up
- hotel provides slippers, toothbrush, hairbrush, & shampoo shower gel
- 7-11 downstairs for small items & AEON market for food & groceries is 2 blocks away
- good location to Dontobori & local subways like Nipponbashi; many drug stores in the area if you are interested in cosmetics or general health products
- about 15 mins walk to Namba station if you need to catch train to Kansai Airport or Namba shopping area & about 15 mins walk to Shinsaibashi shopping area
- provided breakfast is simple repetitive but tasty
- surrounding environment is ok for kids

Very convenient location as it is within walking distance from Dontonburi and 7-11 is right below the hotel. Default eco-clean which means they don’t change bedsheet and have to call front desk if you prefer “normal cleaning”. Room is abit small and toilet is also relatively small. Hotel laundry room has only 2 washing machine and it was constantly in used even though we tried waiting for it from 8pm-12pm… good thing is you can see the washing machine status from room. But would prefer if there are more washing machine.
