There is no electricity nor hot water in the room. No staff onsite, no bed in the room - just mattress on the floor.

My child and I visited.
I was worried because they said it was complicated to get in,
but if you do as they told you, you can get in without any trouble.
It was a little difficult to move the luggage because it was on the 3rd floor without an elevator,
but the location was close to the subway station,
and it was also great to go out for a walk in the morning.
