First time trying out which the hotel is very near Namba station which is 5 min walking distance away.
The room was pretty small which is the norm in Japan and opening a luggage is an issue but not very critical. Other than that all is good.
It would have been better if there is convenience shop across or below the hotel. The nearest convenience shop will be Family mart located 2 min away directly another hotel.
Overall experience was alright for solo travelers but you will need to look for alternatives for big families

Hotel location is perfect right close to everwhere. The hotel also very all rounded it has everythinf we needed. Highly recommended.

Well located in Namba and very close to Shinsaibashi. It’s just right opposite of the nankai line that connects directly to airport

we have been stay 4 nights there, 3 nights were changed the towels, 1 nigth changed the bed sheets, and the breakfast are the same during our stay.

Hotel is very conveniently located at Namba station where there are a lot of good food and shopping malls. Walking distance to Dontabori. Use exit 6 to walk to hotel. Hope can have more washing machines. Serve good breakfast.

It was a pleasant experience during my stay in this hotel! Counter staff were friendly, place was convenient (highly recommend if you wanna stay in the city) and the hotel is near to many shopping malls, eateries. Overall, highly recommend for those coming to Osaka!!

The room is a little disappointing and small. Caution to those that are staying there. The cleanliness of the room is a little questionable. Came back with an infected arm that is taking more than a week to recover. Really suspect that the sheets are not clean properly. Just my luck.
