For any reason trip.com booked a smoking room, the staff from the hotel were very great support to change my room. Hotel is fine, well located and clean.

The room and toilet is clean and everything works. The location is good as there is a metro station within walking distance and near the main central Osaka station too. There are also many eateries and convenience shops nearby and you don’t need to go to the Osaka station to eat or buy your groceries. My booking didn’t include breakfast (costs ¥1200 each pax) and they only provided 2 tea bags in the room with hot water kettle and a bar fridge. No free coffee was provided and that was the greatest disappointment. But for the price paid for the 2 nights near central Osaka station, I would say this is still a value for money for a no-frills hotel.

It's been a long time. But it's very clean. At the end of the year, you can go to the nearby Tenmangu Shrine to celebrate the New Year and experience cross-cultural exchanges. It is recommended to stay here. It may be cheaper if it is not New Year.

The location was really good. However, I am a non-smoker, so I booked a smoking room, and it smelled like cigarette smoke, but the facilities were decent, like a business hotel. I don't think I would visit again. (I lowered the score for cleanliness because I could see a few drops of yellow water dripping from the bathroom exhaust vent!)
