Was surely a grand hotel when opened in 1967. As of 2024 there is a major problem: no temperature control in the room. It was just far too warm and I couldn’t open the window. So I checked out after just one night.

Although the decoration of the hotel seems old -fashioned, the room is clean and the staff members of the hotel are quite polite. The location is convenient as well and thus the hotel is still recommended.

Good location, directly west exit of keihan line. Everyday cleaning of room. Walking distance to parks, osaka castle and Japan mint museum. Staff are friendly and helpful, too

The entrance is closer to the Keihan Line, but
if you want barrier-free access to the elevator, it's easier to walk from the back of the building, towards the river.
The hotel is on the 7th floor of the building.
If the shopping mall is open, you can enter from there between 10am and 9pm.
The staff are friendly and polite, and the rooms are clean and modern.
Amenities are available next to the front desk.

It was good that it was close to the station and within walking distance of Osaka Castle Hall.
As for the room, it was disappointing that there was no air purifier or body towels in the bathroom.
