The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The check in process was smooth and easy as I got my room key in minutes. The room itself was great, clean, cozy, the bathroom was clean as well. The water was always available at a temperature I liked and the breakfast was a great addition. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

The soundproofing of the hotel is moderate. The hotel is one minute away from the station. The functions nearby are good. There are convenience stores, McDonald's and donburi restaurants open 24 hours a day. A large supermarket is about 15 minutes' walk away.

There is something wrong with the navigation. Actually, the hotel entrance is right outside of Exit 1 of Tamagawa Station. Going to USJ, walking out, and waiting for the bus to arrive at USJ, it takes about 10 to 20 minutes in total. It is very convenient with 4 stations directly connected. The surrounding area is not very busy.
