Room is complex and clean. A slight discomfort is the pillow wasn’t that soft or provides support. Location is nearby subway and JR, fews restaurant is around and Lawson outlets.

Clean , staff friendly, convenient to subway station about 5-8 minutes walk , about 8-10 minutes walk to Shin Osaka train station.

Walk way to shin-osaka station is quite difficult. Room and bed are very small for 1 adult and 1 kid if you choose 1 double bed room.
Others are fine but I think their services are just decent.

The front desk is helpful, although a bit far away from shin Osaka station but close to the metro and got lots of convience store and multiple 24 hours restaurant surrounded which is pretty handy. Although I may not stay in the same hotel again but will still strongly recommend anyone to stay there!

Very clean hotel and spacious room! The staff were extremely friendly. We didn't use the amenities but they had laundry available and microwaves for heating up food. The hotel was extremely close to shin-Osaka station and was very convenient to travel to. Area was not crowded either, so overall would highly recommend

It’s close to the main station, like Shin-Ōsaka, and subway station. The room is very clean and tidy. Totally recommended!
