Stayed two nights, no cleaner came when I’ve opted for it. There were dodgy drunk tourist staring while I was checking in, seemed like one of the one-night stays, I could be wrong. Location was decent.

Cleanliness is poor. Receptionists are mostly foreigners. Expect some language barrier as they don’t speak good Japanese nor good English. They can’t even fulfil guests’ preference on house keeping, such as prepare an extra towel.

House keeping was horrible.
Twice house keeper came in the room while I was still in. The room. And insisted I leave the room for them to clean. It was not even 10am yet
Cups was not wash at all. Used towels was not removed.
Receptionist wasnt too friendly.

10-15mins walking to Namba Station. A bit tidy but Nice and clean. Very close to Dotonbori and food places. Can keep the luggages before check in time

It was very easy to check in. There is a lot of receptionists.
It does not take time to check in.
It was nice inside the room, it was functional but its too small.
It was a good overall experience.
