Location is good. It take only 10-15 mints walk from Umeda osaka station.
Lots of restaurant and convenience stores around hotel.
Room was very clean and updated design and size was big enough to open the bags.
Price was reasonable.
I highly recommended.

Loved this hotel. Very clean. Has all amenities and very comfortable. Loved the bathroom and shower facilities. Reception were very helpful and could speak English. Helped me to arrange my dinner reservation with a restaurant in Kobe. Location was very good with very short walk and access to metro/JR stations. Overall very happy, and would come back to stay here.

The location is good, near the recent food tour. The room is quite spacious, but there are a few shortcomings. There is a window at the head of the bed, and there are curtains, so you can't lie down and watch TV. There are not enough hooks and hangers in the room to hang clothes. There are no hooks in the bathroom to put clothes and towels. The wash basin is a bit narrow, and it is not possible to put toiletries and cosmetics. The wash basin will leak to the ground. There is no light at the dressing table, and you can't see the mirror clearly when you wake up in the morning. In addition, the waiter does not understand English at all, so communication is very difficult. I found the toilet door was damaged on the night of check-in and immediately notified the hotel staff.
