This is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The space has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube access – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The location couldn’t be better: just 5 minutes from the subway and 10 minutes from the JR lines, with convenience stores and markets right nearby. Highly recommended for both convenience and quality, and I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel location is good, close to subway and shopping areas. The apartment is clean and seems well managed. We stayed here for 4 days and quite impressed with the room facility. Though the building is close to a busy road but with good sound proof we have had good sleep. If we come back to Osaka, we would definitely choose the hotel again.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access local attractions, which is a plus. However, the lobby did not match the expectations set by its prime location.
The lobby is hot and I saw a few cockroaches in the lobby and somewhere next to the garbage room.
The room is quite cozy and nice.Hopefully the hotel can pay attention to the lobby environment.

The hotel was clean and nice compare to the price, and the location was absolutely good. It really near to the 'Daikokuchō' station.
If you trying to find any hotel that is reasonable price with the convenience from the station.
So it was good to staying here during the travel. And thanks for your fast reply about the question.

The check in process is really quite problematic. Checked out from other hotel at 10am and arrived this hotel at 11am. No code was given to access the coin locker. One of the coin locker was damaged and it took my money but didn’t open for me. Had to call and seek help to rush them for the code to enter if not will be locked outside the building with no one there to help you. Room was decent and close to city. Please improve your check in system, it’s very not user friendly.
