Modern hotel and clean. You can monitor the laundry progress from your room TV and request room service like towels delivery, free of charge drink water etc. from TV app.

Fantastic hotel!
Clean & nice. Location is pretty good also.
Love the imabari towels provided in room
No resturant within the hotel but coffee machine is available in the lobby.
Only minor issue i had was that there is only a total of 3 washing machine. Each located at different floors. Good thing is that the room tv has got status updated of the machine's status.
I will recommend this hotel for everyone.

Location is a bit off especially the first two days we stayed there were rainy days.
Rooms are clean and comfortable, bathroom quite nice.

My stay at Hotel The Leben Osaka in March 2024 was fantastic. Despite the rainy weather during check-out, the front desk staff kindly provided us with umbrellas, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. While I didn’t subscribe to breakfast the hotel's central location allowed us to easily find delicious dining options nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. The Leben Osaka's exceptional customer service and thoughtful amenities made our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka and can't wait to come back."
