5 start hotel in Osaka, thumbs up to thier breakfast 5 star, great selections of good quality produce, down side is amenities is not up to expectations, Nespresso machine was not working ( finally got replacement thanks, try to extend: delay our check it but quickly got refused and said room taken - when next check in is actually 3pm

The hotel location is great and easy to walk around exploring right in the middle of the city and you will find this gem ramen store open 24/7! The only disappointment was with the butler service or more the non existent butler service. For the price we are paying, I expected much much more from St Regis as I have been accustomed to at other St Regis Hotels. The hotel is beginning to show its age and hence the cleanliness part is coming into question when our rooms were being cleaned, I mean I am again nit picking here but it isn’t up to St Regis usual standards. The gym room is adequate but there isn’t a pool in a 5 star hotel 🙃.

Hotel Wan Osaka Ebisu is a great choice for its location and convenience! It's just a short walk to Lawson and Ebisucho Station, making it easy to get around the city. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including Matsuya, Nakau, and a ramen shop, which adds to the convenience. The hotel itself offers a nice and comfortable stay, making it a great value for its location. Highly recommended for travelers looking for accessibility and comfort!

The location is pretty good, near Tenmaqiao, the surrounding environment is also pretty good, there are places to enjoy cherry blossoms, you can stroll around here, there are commercial streets and some other attractions, very convenient for shopping. The decoration style of the room is also good, and it feels very comfortable. In addition, it was quite quiet when I had a rest at night, and I was satisfied in other aspects, and they were all pretty good.

The sanitation is very clean, the beds are neat, and the transportation is convenient. You can walk to the subway station in a few minutes. Very suitable for hanging out. There is a cafe and leisure area on the first floor. You can sit down and have a cup of coffee when you have time. It is very comfortable.

Stayed for five days and four nights this time, located near the Black Gate Market, only 10-15 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori; Although it is only 3 minutes walk from Nihonbashi Station, there is no elevator/escalator at the nearest exit, it is a bit difficult to climb the stairs with large luggage, choose to walk to Namba Station with luggage when checking out, although 10 minutes walk, but no need to climb and drop stairs, much more convenient; Separated rooms, two 4-foot double beds, pillows and mattress soft and hard, you can sleep well; kitchen is fully equipped, microwave oven and induction cooker for cooking, and small refrigerator; The bathroom toilet is separated, but the bathroom does not have a bath, the whole bathroom floor is soaked after bathing, you need to open a long exhaust fan, it will be easy to catch cold in winter, it is recommended to install shower curtains; the bathroom does not have equipment for hanging towels/cloths, it is recommended to install; The terrace outside the bedroom has a washing machine, but only Japanese operation instructions, because they cannot understand Japanese, so it is not possible to use, it is recommended to provide instructions in both Chinese and English; the terrace has clothes drying equipment, clothes drying overnight, especially convenient for long-stay travelers; The room has free wifi, but the password provided by the store is incorrect, and many attempts have not been connected. Finally, the correct password can be obtained with the help of trip.com customer service. It is recommended that the store confirm the wifi information before giving it to the guests. Overall satisfaction, next time you come to Osaka, you will still consider staying!

There are 3 subway/train stations nearby the accommodation so it’s very easy to travel around Osaka and nearby cities. Also, there are many restaurants around the area. By the way, there isn’t an elevator so please consider if you have a trouble carrying a heavy luggage.
