Great location, just a few minutes away from Tsutenkaku and Ebisucho station! Check-in and check-out was incredibly fuss free, and they send instructions on how to check-in a few days before your trip & on the day of your arrival. The room entrance has a little nook for your luggage and day bag(s), as well as a big umbrella if you need it, and the room is big enough to open my suitcase completely and still have room to walk! Everything was working and refilling amenities was very convenient so I never had to interact with customer service. Cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again! Housekeeping does NOT clean up the room during your stay. Tidy your room and dispose of your trash yourselves! The garbage disposal room is in a room on the right after you exit from the main entrance. One thing to note for solo travellers: the building is in a relatively quiet area. Foot traffic in the area is sparse throughout the day. But the staff working in the shops along the way are friendly and willing to walk with you if you need the help!

I stayed for 3 nights and it was quite satisfying. The room was in good condition and the location was excellent. Subway stations, shops, convenience store were very close to the hotel. The washing machine in the room was convenient as well. But wifi connection was very bad. The staff tried to solve the problem but I couldn't use wifi almost every night. It needs to be improved because it is a pretty big problem. If the wifi problem is solved, I would like to stay here again next time.

Facilities: Because it is a homestay, there are washing machines, refrigerators, microwaves, cooking utensils (two small pots and an induction cooker), dishes, detergents, dishwashing sponges. You can buy raw food from the nearby supermarket to cook, or heat up cooked food to eat. It feels very convenient and you can also better experience the life of locals. The space in the room is very reasonable. There are two places to spread out the suitcases as soon as you enter the door. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. Hygiene: Warm and clean. Because it is newly renovated, the overall facilities feel very new, and the toilets and bathrooms are also clean. Environment: The surrounding area is relatively quiet. It is a short but relatively close walking distance from the subway station. You can see the scenery of the surrounding streets and alleys. It is very convenient to Shinsaibashi and Universal Studios. There are about six or seven rooms on one floor. The sound insulation feels very good and I didn’t hear any disturbing sounds. Service: Self-service check-in, you can see the check-in guide one or two days in advance, and you will also receive a notice of self-service check-out. According to the guide, register your passport information on the website and check in after 4 pm. It feels smooth. Contact the hotel customer service from Ctrip chat and the reply is very fast.

It is located 10 minutes walk from the stations of different metro lines, convenient. Check-in is via a tablet at the entrance, you can figure it out. There is an elevator. In front of the elevators there are sets of toothbrushes, combs and tea. The interior is pleasant, there are many storage places. There are no sockets by the bed and table, but there are extension cords. There is a vacuum cleaner, it is very helpful to maintain cleanliness without calling a cleaning service. There is a washing machine, but without a drying function. It took us a while to figure out how to turn on the hot water, because the instructions in English were not entirely correct. The support responds quickly. The apartment lacks a full-length mirror. The bathroom lacks a shelf for a towel and hooks to hang clothes while you take a shower and hang a wet towel after.

I would highly recommend this hotel, the location is perfect! Walkable distance to Dotonburi, Sinseikai and Sinsaibashi. All the walks are in within 10-15 mins, there are a lot of convenience stores around, really so convenient! The room is spacious and clean, it’s considered as one of the most spacious hotel I’ve stayed in Japan, even came with a microwave and cooking pan. Luton on market is just about 5 mins walk, you can get some steak there and bring back to cook if you want to. There are free coffee, water and ice dispenser 24 hours. Room is modern as well, come with a bathtub. I would book this place again when I’m back next time!

It's a little far from the train station, about 15mins from JR and 10 minus from subway so if you have big luggages, it's a bit challenging. The guy who checked us in was not friendly at all, no smiles and no response when I greeted him Konichiwa, a very serious guy. The room was quite small but very disappointed that they provided paper cups and for the price I paid, I expected at least plastic. Location wise, it's very near to Kizu market & Namba Yasaka Jinja, the only advantage. We were asked to leave the ventilation fan on 24hrs with bathroom door open to avoid triggering the fire alarm but that means the fan noise disturbed our sleep. Fortunately, only stayed one night.

When I went to Osaka for the first time in winter, I was worried about whether the hotel’s thermal facilities were sufficient at first, but later I realized that their thermal facilities were fully equipped. The room is spacious, all equipped, and the bathroom also has a drying function, so you don’t need to bring so many clothes next time you go to Osaka. It would be even more perfect if the hotel could provide an electronic scale for travelers to weigh their luggage!

Crystal Court Hotel Stayed for 4 nights. The space was smaller than expected, but overall it was satisfactory and comfortable. The location is very convenient. I recommend it. 1. Location: Very convenient. It is about a 10-minute walk south of JR Namba Station and about 5/12 minutes to iKary/Life supermarket. It is convenient for shopping, taking a bus to Kansai Airport, Universal Studios, Expo, Mitsui outlet, Shinsaibashi (also walkable), etc. Small restaurants/convenience stores are all close. 2. Facilities: Elevator, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker, frying pan, bowls and plates, fruit grater, kitchenette, towels, toothbrush, etc. are available. The materials used are OK. Reminder: 1. The actual space is smaller than the picture space (the picture is not real - see the last two pictures, although it does not affect the recommended accommodation, please be mentally prepared), small and medium-sized suitcases are OK, and large suitcases should be difficult to open. 2. There is no air conditioning in the public space, and it is very hot in summer.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The property is beautifully designed with charming Japanese-style decor and details. It’s a self-check-in hotel, and the process was extremely simple and straightforward—just followed the instructions and completed it in a few minutes. Super convenient! The room is located in a quiet area, so it was very peaceful at night and easy to rest. It’s about a 6–7 minute walk from the station, which made getting around very easy. The room is fully equipped, clean, and tidy, with all the daily essentials provided. It was very comfortable to stay in. The customer service was also very responsive—any issues were quickly resolved. Very thoughtful service. Highly recommended!
