This trip was with our family of 5. Best points 1) 4 beds, 1 extra mat 2) There was no inconvenience at all, such as a steam room, bathroom, microwave, closet, and individual washing machine 3) There is a large market nearby, so it is not difficult to buy food 4) The area was very quiet, so it was comfortable Cons 1) I had to tell them the front door lock number in advance when checking in (I had to stand outside for a long time) 2) Dust in the heating system

The accommodation was quite old, and the door was difficult to open and close. The lock was also tricky to manage, and the metal door was noisy, making it feel like we were entering a barn rather than a place to stay. The flush in the toilet was extremely loud, making the whole floor feel like it was shaking after each use. The bathroom was small and outdated. On the positive side, amenities like a large fridge, microwave, and air purifier were provided. The bed was clean, but we found a cockroach, which was quite unpleasant.

Very clean room, the landlord and his wife are very enthusiastic, sound insulation is better, in the residential area, everyone is very quiet. Next time I will choose this ～ a few minutes walk from the subway station. They are all empty streets and the street view is beautiful. It is very close to Osaka Station and Umeda.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities were incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the room was very quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The room was equipped with a refrigerator and a kettle, which added to the convenience. The front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful during check-in, providing excellent service. The location is particularly convenient—there’s direct access to the subway station from the B1 floor of the building, and it’s close to all the major attractions. Overall, the experience was very comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!
