Osaka Nishinari Ward Hotels

The apartment is just 1-2 min walk away from Family Mart. Lawson is just slightly further away. Very convenient! They also provide hotel slippers, towels, chopsticks, utensils, bowls! It’s perfect. We weren’t affected by the noise as our room was facing another direction. Request for a higher floor and the request was met! 🙏🏻✨ Overall a great stay!

Easy and clear instructions on how to enter. The room itself is equipped with everything you need. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean: dust, other people's hair on the floor and on the bed. The location is good, not far from the subway. But if you are in Osaka for the first time and plan to travel around the area a lot (Nara, Kyoto, Kobe, etc.), then it is better to book accommodation near Osaka station, otherwise you will spend a lot of time transferring in the subway (the transitions between stations in Osaka are simply HUGE). Otherwise, the price/quality ratio is appropriate.

The bathroom and laundry facilities are also very convenient, especially suitable for medium and long-term stays. The beds are comfortable, the supplies are complete, and the details are also taken care of very carefully. The staff service is also very enthusiastic, the communication is smooth, and the check-in and check-out process is very smooth. In short, it is a very good stay experience. If I travel to Japan again next time, I will still choose such a single-family homestay.

The room is large, clean and tidy, and all kinds of supplies are relatively complete. Not only has a hair dryer but also a splint. The kitchen can cook by yourself. It is a ten-minute walk from the zoo front station, Shin-Imamiya Station. The boss is also very nice. He often asks if he needs help or what daily necessities he needs to provide. On a day in Kobe, I suddenly wanted to eat a restaurant. The boss actively helped to contact me. I can go to dinner immediately. The efficiency is very high.

先説環境，對面就是羅森，基本需求滿足沒有任何問題，距離難波4到5站，附近4個地鐵口，走路幾分鐘可到，不遠處幾個咖啡店可以吃早餐。 再説配置，一共四個房間，一個超大客廳（對日本來説），除了榻榻米房間，剩下3個標間全部算是背街，相對安靜，二樓有一個大廳，一家人來或者朋友一起沒有任何問題，冰箱洗衣機灶台咖啡機微波爐等一應俱全，放鬆休閑蠻好的，老闆娘貼心的準備了小吃水果 最後説服務，老闆娘中國人，交流很便利，提前問我們幾個人，專門準備了小童拖鞋和小童洗漱用品，親自開車把我們從地鐵站接到房間，還詢問是否需要送去泡湯，走的時候要送去地鐵站，搞得我都不好意思了，超級nice。 唯一可惜就是住的時間太短了，很滿足的一次體驗，感謝。

Overall pleasant and no-hassle stays of 3 nights. Cleanliness: Very clean room. Clean towels and beddings as well. Only thing not so great is the microwave in the unit which is ‘dirty’ looking as there’s some burnt spots in its interior Location: Overall convenient location which is under 10 minutes walk from Subway/Metro station (station name is 动物园前). Services: Not that much of any services rendered during the stay. Self check-in, self check-out, self cleaning, self garbage disposal. There’s No daily cleaning service Amenities: Not much amenities within the property. No gym. No pool. There’s washing/drying machines.

Our stay was amazing! The check in process was so easy and the building were easy to locate. Right in between 2 train lines which makes getting into the city easy. Communication was amazing, such quick email replies! The apartment was so clean and spacious enough for 4 adults and luggage. Beds were so comfy! Clear instructions were provided on how to use amenities. 10/10 would stay here again!
