Top 5-Star Hotels in Osaka

Very expensive but God damn, they really do be hiring people that speak either English or Chinese together with Japanese! And oh my, there are just so so many staff that do! Whether that be front desk, or even housekeeping! The only ones that really don't are the ones in the restaurants or in Melissa (where they sell bread and other good food!) Or the mall downstairs! The dessert lounge weren't too friendly either but they all seem to be extensions of the hotel! Overall, great experience except for the fact that the rooms are indeed tiny and compact cause that's what we booked after all - but aside from that, all the amenities were great, toilet was big and movable in and you really have anything and everything you need already there! Only issue is maybe that some things here are pretty outdated though it's a 5 star hotel! But overall its truly worth the price though I don't reccomend staying all the time unless you wanna burn a hole in your pocket heh! But one great thing is that they are truly commendable in terms of holding events and catering to hundreds of guests for the really really big ballrooms. That's a huge plus.

Good side . The hotel is very good in cleanliness.Staff at the lobby also very high service mind and very supportive.and the room is large with reasonable price Bad side. Cleaning service.We forgot 3 things at the room after check out.glasses/money/iphone and ipad charger. We place all of them together in the room. But we manage to get back only glasses since we have flight back on that day so we didn't have time to complain and check at hotel. Also the hotel elevetor have to change between lobby elevator and your room elevetor. A bit annoying for often using.

Fantastic Stay in a Perfect Location I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The hotel is situated in an ideal location, just steps away from major attractions, shopping, and great restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Close to proximity areas. Walking distance shinsaibashi. House keeping not changing the bedsheet and quiltcover while there is stain until we request for it.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience at the hotel, thanks to its prime location and the quality of products and materials used. However, we wished the room lights were brighter at night. Unfortunately, we missed our first day and night at the hotel due to flight delays. We requested an additional breakfast for one more person for two days, but the hotel only provided one free breakfast...

The hilton hotel is very conveniently located. It is closely located to the main train station and a number of shopping malls, all connected underground . There are a lot of restautants within walking distance to choose from for meals. A lot of shops and big department stores in the viccinty for shopping. Will visit again. Although they have mistakenly taken my pyjamas from my closet as it was hung together with the hotel robe, they tried their best to locate it before my departure on the next day ( I was told it was retrived from the laundry area ) and offered compensations such as free breakfast ( which I have not taken as I would prefer to spend my last morning in Osaka on exploring the surroundings)

Our stay was just OK. The staff were pleasant and kind. The room was also reasonably spacious with a nice bed and very good rain shower. Facilities in the hotel are poor. There is no swimming pool, sauna or steam room. There is a train station very close walking distance to the hotel. Overall, the hotel was nice. But I just didn't get a great vive for the place. I normally like Courtyard Marriott Hotels - I love the one in & HK at Sai Ying Pun, and I love the CMH in Nusa Dua Bali. But this one isn't great.

The view of Osaka from here is fantastic, this was my second time staying here and it was another great experience. Breakfast was served in the room and it was all delicious.

Excellent service, very good breakfast with wide choices, Western and Japanese. Although hotel is old, it is very clean and well maintained, with excellent amenities. Just a short walk to the Osaka castle and its surroundings. We can see the castle from our room. Getting around is easy and the closest station is Osakajokoen Station by JR line, and it is just one stop away to the metro network. Good thing is the airport transfers by limousine bus right outside the hotel. Note that there are only two departure time at 8:10 and 10:10 am if you are heading your Kansai airport.

Very spacious and clean room considering it’s 5 years old. Toilet can be a bit open for family/friends use, but otherwise the space is big enough. Bed was big and comfy. Lighting can be a little dim but it has a nice atmosphere. Plenty of storage cabinet, and the apple TV was a great addition. Service staff are generally friendly. The building is also nicely designed. Location is a short 10-15min walk to the main Osaka station so it’s quite convenient. Family mart is just a few steps at the corner so it’s good for those late night cravings.
