Easy to access by subway, many subway station surrounded within walking distance to Dotonbori room a bit small but very cozy bed is comfortable.

Overall, not bad! There were several positives. The location is quite good because it's just a 15-minute walk to Dotonbori. Also, there are nice restaurants and convenience stores nearby. My room was compact and clean. I was on the fourth floor which had a drinks vending machine which I often used. The staff were friendly enough. There were also a few small negatives. My room had a slight smell of cigarettes and lacked a safety deposit box. Also note that room cleaning is only available once every 3 days. Nonetheless, this was my cheapest room in Japan and good value for money. I'd certainly consider returning.

The biggest advantage is the high cost performance. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk from Tennoji Station, but it is very convenient to go directly to the airport. The room is quite large but the bathroom is small compared to other hotels. There is a bathing area but it is shared by men and women at different times. The women's bath is only available until 21:00 in the evening, so if you come back late, you can only take a bath in your room.

Nice hotel chain with a huge desk and swivel chair so it’s great to use one’s computer at the desk. The usual amenities are provided, the only problem with the hotel would be its location, it’s a distance from Osaka station and the metro. Bed is really comfortable and they provide really nice and thick tissue paper unlike most Japanese hotels. Bathrobe is comfortable and u will need to take the robes near the lift, however, one of them that I took had a stain.

I recently stayed at Smile Hotel in Osaka and had a great experience! The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. Although it was a smoking room, there was no particular smell and it was clean. It is only natural that it is a little old. To be more specific, the bottom of the shampoo cases was blackened and there was dust on the bathroom exhaust fan, which was visible when I was in the bath. The receptionist and staff were very polite. The hotel is close to the station and there are many family restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

This is an average hotel without laundry. It’s a smile hotel that does not smile lol. However it is okay to stay for one night. Location not bad but not the best if you want be closer to shinsaibashi Amenities are just a basic
