I stayed there for 3 nights. The best thing was that the hotel arranged a second highest floor for me so that the whole night view of Umeda could be seen. The service was satisfactory. All the rest were not very good. Old furniture/insufficient usb port/small-sized toothbrush/ small-sized cup . I think I will choose another job in my next trip in very near future.
