"I took my 9-year-old grandson to Disney World and randomly picked a hotel that accommodated our needs and schedule. The price was reasonable, so I booked for 3 nights. We got there a day early, so I took a chance and went to the front desk. Asking (Joe) if they had accommodations for our extra night. He said absolutely! He was so nice and helpful and made sure all our needs were met, made sure we got fed and made sure we felt safe. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The next day we met Howard at the front desk. He was just as nice and accommodating for the next 3 nights. He took special care with me and my grandson. The complementary breakfasts could not have been any better. And I mean a full course breakfast with a lot of choices. Every evening after arriving back at our room, the room was had been beautifully cleaned. I was extremely happy with our entire stay. I will stay at this Quality Inn again for sure. I HIGHLY recommend this HOTEL to ANY and EVERYONE. Thank You Joe and Howard for our nice stay and you guys taking such good care of us. Looking forward to our next trip! Jan and Patrick"

"The apartment was very spacious and immaculately clean. The whole place was renovated and the kitchen was fully equipped. Very quiet atmosphere and affordable. Close to all theme parks. Everyone in the family felt like they could have their own space, and we even had a cute balcony. The master bedroom had a bath/jacuzzi. Would definitely book here again. I recommend it to anybody traveling in a large group and looking for a residential complex type of feel. "

"The room has one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom, with a washing machine and dryer, which is very suitable for family travel. There are pots and dishwashers in the kitchen, so it is very convenient to cook something by yourself. I originally struggled for a long time and wanted to book a hotel near Disney, but when I was traveling by car, I wanted to book a night here to try it out. After I came, I felt good. I stayed for four nights in total. It took about 20 minutes to drive to Disney and half an hour to Sea World. The hotel has shuttle buses to SeaWorld and Disney's Hollywood Park, but the buses are very infrequent. The hotel park is a large golf resort with many buildings and free parking. I will consider this place next time I come to Orlando."

"There was only coffee in the morning even though they advertised free breakfast. The bathroom shower was not clean and the room had an odor. The ac was not on when we arrived and the unit was very loud when it ran. There was no sign on the building with their name on it only a small sign down a side road that was stuck in the ground at the driveway on the side of the hotel. The front entrance was blocked off which was annoying because the GPS takes you to the front entrance. We would not stay there again. "

"There is a set of nonsense in this hotel. We originally booked 2 large beds, and the result did give us a big bed room. Our 3 big 1 children couldn't live. The hotel front desk told us that there was no room in the evening, so I can contact. Ctrip butler, the butler said that there is no way to contact the local hotel for the time difference relationship, there is no way we can make a night to sleep on the ground, I asked Ctrip to contact the hotel to give me a statement, after 2 days received the hotel reply, said that the room was found that night I have to change it, I think the big bed room is more expensive and refused, what? I am stupid enough to sleep on the ground without changing rooms? I didn't receive this call at all, and I kept the domestic call when I was booking at Ctrip (in shutdown). The hotel’s swearing words are really high, shirking responsibility, and your work is not rigorous, causing me to suffer damage and arrogance.
