As a five-star hotel, the hotel is very average. As a resort hotel, you basically have to pay for it. There is nothing interesting, but the price is very expensive.

We had an amazing experience staying here as a family of 4 for 4 nights. We booked through the hotel to get picked up from Istanbul Airport and the van took us directly to the hotel (about 3 hours drive). The staff were friendly and very attentive especially Kamal and Aydan in the restaurant area. The food quality and selection at the restaurant was excellent and they had a great variety. There is daily schedule with a breakdown of meal times and activities that they gave us upon check in, which was great to have. The hotel is very safe. There is an indoor pool, children club and gaming room. The ski facilities were great, but the charges are separate. We were lucky to have experienced great snowfall, which made our experience more special. The only negative thing is that the hotel was very warm, even when we had our room heater switched off, there seems to be a central heating system throughout the hotel. I would recommend sleeping in shorts and t-shirts as we felt really hot when we slept in long sleeve pjs. The hotel was clean and well kept with managers constantly found in various areas for quality control. It is just about a 5 mins walk away from the Telefrik which we rode for about 20 mins down and got off at the first stop to enjoy a park with some cafes. I highly recommend staying here for a great snowy family holiday!

I really liked the services at yr hotel very nice hospitality the workers r really welcoming 🙏 the kids club is very clean and organised keep up .when it comes to room service,well organised and clean rooms I hope to come and visit this place one more time with my friends 🧡

One of the best ski trip experiences ever had. Wonderful staff and easy access to everything, recommended for families with kids. Endless activities for kids. Food options are very wide and delicious. One of the cleanist hotels i have ever been
