Best spa ever i tried the turkish hamam hot stone massage and face mask it was amazing really you have to try it and there is a guy called saleh he is the best he can arrange for you the reservation very good price and relaxing place we enjoyed every single moment and the therapist really qualified and well trained speaks many language

We had an amazing experience staying here as a family of 4 for 4 nights. We booked through the hotel to get picked up from Istanbul Airport and the van took us directly to the hotel (about 3 hours drive). The staff were friendly and very attentive especially Kamal and Aydan in the restaurant area. The food quality and selection at the restaurant was excellent and they had a great variety. There is daily schedule with a breakdown of meal times and activities that they gave us upon check in, which was great to have. The hotel is very safe. There is an indoor pool, children club and gaming room. The ski facilities were great, but the charges are separate. We were lucky to have experienced great snowfall, which made our experience more special. The only negative thing is that the hotel was very warm, even when we had our room heater switched off, there seems to be a central heating system throughout the hotel. I would recommend sleeping in shorts and t-shirts as we felt really hot when we slept in long sleeve pjs. The hotel was clean and well kept with managers constantly found in various areas for quality control. It is just about a 5 mins walk away from the Telefrik which we rode for about 20 mins down and got off at the first stop to enjoy a park with some cafes. I highly recommend staying here for a great snowy family holiday!

Amazing resort with excellent service standards . Thanks to the incredible team at Bof for your hospitality. Special mention to Kemal at main restaurant who was always ready to assist us with anything we required and also to Mert who took such amazing care of us throughout our stay

I really liked the services at yr hotel very nice hospitality the workers r really welcoming 🙏 the kids club is very clean and organised keep up .when it comes to room service,well organised and clean rooms I hope to come and visit this place one more time with my friends 🧡

I like the hotel very clean , the staff very kind. The food is very good the activity's for the kids is very nice .the many disco is nice.and also the way the service us is very good 😊 I also I like the way the treat the kids is very emportante to us.😊😊
