Wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem Hotel .
Es war sehr sauber ,wir wurden sehr freundlich mit einen Heißgetränk empfangen und es wurde alles erklärt und zeigt.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war hervorragend!!
Es war alles vorhanden wie beschrieben.
Die Küchenzeile mit 2 Herdplatten, Mikrowelle , Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank waren top alles vorhanden. (Kaffee, Tee , Zucker ,Kaffeemilch )
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

War zum ersten Mal in Osnabrück und meine Kollegin hatte mir Adelhoff empfohlen. Danke Melanie! Am Tag der Anreise habe alle Zugangdaten per Mail erhalten - Top! Mir wurde ein Zimmer mit sichtbaren Balken im 2 OG zugeteilt - Top! Sauber, alles vorhanden, tolles komfortables Bett "für eine Person ca 1,40m". Nettes, kompetentes Personal. Habe morgens, beim auschecken, Cappuccino Togo bekommen, obwohl im Zimmer eine Kaffeemaschine mit 6 Kaffekapseln gratis dabei ist. Also Im gesamten tolles Aufenthalt, mann fühlt sich einfach wohl. Hätte gerne mehr Sterne gegeben, deswegen 5 von 5. Komme gerne wieder!

Das Gebäude hat auf den ersten Blick einen Wow-Faktor, der sich bei Eintreten in das Hotel etwas schmälert. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, die Rezeption wird in der Frühstückshalle an der Bar abgehandelt. Obwohl ich zu moderater Zeit am späten Nachmittag ankam, war niemand mehr anzutreffen. Ich bekam eine Nachricht mit genauer Anweisung für die Schlüsselbox. Das Zimmer war nicht das, was ich bei der Buchung auf den Bildern gesehen hatte. Auf den ersten Blick hatte man sich viel Mühe gegeben, die topmoderne Küche gut auszustatten. Es gab dort, und auch im Bad, alles was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. Pflegeartikel jeder Art, Tee, Kaffee, Mineralwasser, Schuhzeug... Nur keine Vorhänge. Keine schließende Badezimmertür. Kein Lichtschalter fürs Bad sondern ein Licht mit Bewegungsmelder, das, wenn man nlänger als ein paar Minuten duschte, immer ausging. Das Bett war als Doppelbett beschrieben, hatte aber die Größe eines Futons und war sehr hart. Das Personal war jedoch ausnehmend freundlich. Ich denke aber, hier hätte mehr Wert auf den praktischen Comfort des Gastes legen können.
