We have been in this hotel for years and the service is getting worse at the reception from time to time. Unfriendly, unattentionally, irrespective of how you are done in this 4-star house. The guest must be greeted as the first to have at least a look from the service staff. A ”heart welcome; we wish them a pleasant stay; good morning; to see again and a beautiful home trip” has not been possible. It is impossible how you are treated there as a guest. The hotel has come in the years, but it is also clearly seen in the quality of beds.

Such a great hotel: central location, stylish and very clean rooms, great mattresses. I slept very well. Breakfast left nothing to be desired. As someone who is allergic to wheat, I had no problem getting alternative bread rolls. Particularly noteworthy: all the staff were super friendly, very nice and accommodating. I would definitely come back!

The best holiday inn, beautifully decorated, very new, the room is large, the waiter is very warm, there is a parking lot, 19 euros 24 hours, very empty at noon, very full at night. However, there is also a large parking lot opposite, 15 euros 24 hours

The staff were helpful and open to suggestions. On the day of departure, the cleaning service was arrived at 8:30 p.m., far before check-out.

My daughter is studying alone in a foreign country. Fortunately, there is Trip.com. I can book a residence for my daughters in the country. The hotel is very good. The size of the room type in Germany is OK. It is worth living.

The facilities are comfortable and clean and convenient to travel. If you don't install Google system, online check-in operations will be very troublesome.

The staff was very nice and premature. The room was freshly renovated in the neighborhood very beautifully designed. Had only the heating in the weather could have been enabled at least in the bathroom, so it was quite cold at the arrival at 19:00.
