Nos quedamos una noche y al día siguiente desayunamos en la cafetería, sobre estos: - Alojamiento: La pieza estaba limpia y cómoda, pero chica, especialmente el baño que con la inclinación del techo se achicaba aún mas. Se agradece que tenga estacionamiento para dejar el auto en la noche. El único “pero” era que se veía poca gente, entonces para hacer el check in, preguntar unas dudas, y sacar el auto para poder irnos teníamos que esperar a que pasara alguien que nos ayudara. - Desayuno: El desayuno era rico y tenía variedad de postres, buen pan y cosas para echarle. El problema era que no estaba claro que cosas estaban incluidas y cuales no. Había postres que estaban en la vitrina separados y quien atendía no te lo ofrecía como desayuno, mientras que otros si te los daban como opción, dando la impresión de que los separados se pagaban aparte, pero luego veías que a otros huéspedes si se los ofrecían como parte del desayuno del alojamiento. Lo mismo pasaba con el café de grano, al llegar al desayuno te ofrecen solo café instantáneo y té, sin embargo, al rato a otros huéspedes les llevaron café preparado en máquina de espresso. Cuando preguntamos nos dicen que era culpa nuestra por no pedirlo.

Pasamos a la cafetería, parecía un lugar pintoresco, pensamos tendrían buenos kuchen, tortas, como en otros lados y como es típico en la zona, pero no, una decepción total, lo primero el café malisimo, si van a ofrecer una carta con variedades de café, fundamental tener un buen "Barista de Café", el café frío y pura espuma, el otro café frío y sin espuma, el kuchen, torta y sandwich, una decepción, mala relación precio calidad, el kuchen nunca llegó hasta después que había terminado el café , un trozo muy pequeño, al igual que la torta, por el mismo precio en Frutillar uno come unos kuchen deliciosos en muchos lugares, mucha descoordinación para atender, atiende uno, después desaparece, primero atendió una joven, que por lo menos era amable y bien presentada, después atendió un joven, de los café, con mala presentación personal, como que se puso lo primero que encontró. En fin para no volver. Puerto Octay siendo un pueblo turístico, tienen que ser mas preocupados en lo que ofrecen, en fin nos fuimos totalmente decepcionados.

Fuimos con una reserva pagada pero revendieron nuestra habitación a unas personas famosas que estaban de paso, entendible para que el lugar se diera mas a conocer pero poco respetable para con su clientela, si van a quedarse aquí asegúrense tener un plan b en caso de eventualidades, porque el lugar es turístico en verano y no hay mas donde buscar una habitación. Tuvieron la amabilidad de traernos a frutillar pero no era la idea.

Fuimos en familia a tomar once, nos dieron un té barato, un kuchen y un pie de limón hechos con la misma masa migosa; el helado impresionaba casero, y de muy mal sabor. Impresiona que la gente que atiende es poco prolija con su vestimenta. Impresiona un local pequeño, con poca opciones de mejorar, y más encima al momento de pagar el dueño se molesta con la Srta que nos tomó el pedido, sacándole de las manos la comanda. Mi marido terminó en el hospital esa noche producto del malestar estomacal, y mi abuela no quiere salir más a comer a Pto Octay

Que no es tan terrible no tener esas cosas pero al momento de preguntar me dicen no nada y yo dije que raro y me dijo nada de raro de un tono muy pesado. Una rica salida a tomar café puede resultar un momento desagradable por gente amargada como el.
