Good location, close to the beach and commercial street. The overall layout of the room is good, the only drawback is that the decoration of the room is a bit strong. In addition, the hotel is self-service and you need to check in and out by yourself. Although there is no safe, you need a card to enter and exit the front desk, so it is still very safe.

Excellent facilities and location. But, no one on reception outside 3-8pm is inconvenient. Our main lights didn't work. The room was not clean. And all the messages you receive are about how they will find you for late check out. The only info in the room is about how they will fine you for not washing up. Very soft mattress and tiny duvet meant a poor night's sleep.

And after speaking with one of the employees and confirming that the refund was going to be made because they were aware of the weather situation, the hotel refused to reimburse us despite a storm in the whole country and the cancellation of all the trains, because we warned 12 hours in advance, when the SNCB announcement was made. Would like to do this more often. A small studio with everything you need. Well maintained and very clean. Rarely have I seen such a clean room. Congratulations to the cleaning crew! Super nice concept. There were also luggage lockers in the basement. The welcome was also very friendly.

Great location. Beautiful clarity. Mini kitchen. A dishwashing brush. No cloth or sponge. The very greasy hood. Electric kettle and instant coffee. A coffee maker or equivalent would be welcome since there is no breakfast on site. Hard sofa bed bedding. Bathroom sink flow very very slow. To be refreshed overall.

Excellent welcome, the luxury studios have a view of the street, very good bedding (not sofa) Basic but sufficient equipment. The hood is greasy and noisy, I had to rewash all the dishes! We can hear the neighbors taking a shower and the sounds of the hallway
