A hotel couldn't be better located, namely right on the beach. The room was good, and the breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks. Unfortunately, there is such a rush at breakfast in the morning that guests have to sit everywhere in the foyer because the restaurant is overcrowded. Yes, there are hotel parking spaces, but they cost a bit and are far from the hotel.

Mass processing. Business-like and friendly. The vegetables were overcooked, the fish tasted bland. The beetroot salad ran out after a very short time and was not replenished. People had to lock their own bikes in front of the house overnight. There was no room for them. This was the only hotel on our 7-day bike tour without a place to store their bikes.

The second hotel I visited after the Lindner surprised me in a very positive way. Really, really good breakfast... I personally liked it even better than the Lindner. In general, I thought the hotel was beautifully designed, cozy and even little things like peanuts at the bar with your drink or the free lemon or orange water provided in the lobby or the water dispenser by the pool, the hotel's own bicycles that are immediately available, etc. give it character. The staff were very friendly and everything was clean. Hotel parking was free. We really couldn't find anything to complain about, so we gave it full marks. We would be happy to come back.

Wir haben dieses Hotel über Weihnachten mit HP gebucht. Das Positive vorab. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön, sauber und empfehlenswert. Auch die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Hoteleigene Parkplatz ist etwas entfernt. Kosten pro Tag 7€. Das Frühstück war gut und der Kaffee schmeckte. Nun zum Abendessen…es gab ein Vorspeisen-Buffet, welches im Foyer gegenüber der Rezeption aufgebaut war. Das Buffet für die warmen Speisen befand sich im Speiseraum. Jeweils 1 Buffet (einseitig benutzbar) für ca. 180 Gäste. Es bildeten sich Schlangen bis zum Ausgang. Wir hatten wirklich den Eindruck, wir sind nicht in einem 4* Hotel, sondern in einer Werkskantine. Von den angebotenen Speisen waren wir maßlos enttäuscht. Alle warmen Speisen wurden in Wärmebehältern angeboten, welche wohl über einen längeren Zeitraum warm gehalten wurden. Die Gans aus dem Rohr war geschmacklich in Ordnung, aber sehr blond und wabbelig. Nichts knuspriges. Ebenso erging es der Ente und anderen Speisen. Alles sehr lieblos „angerichtet“. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht. Wir hatten uns auf ein paar schöne Weihnachtstage gefreut, endlich mal nicht selber in der Küche stehen, sondern sich bedienen lassen…wurden aber kulinarisch enttäuscht.

Das Hotel ist in den 90ern eröffnet worden und das merkt man auch. Es hat den Charme der 90er. Die Zeit ist ein wenig stehen geblieben. Kann man gut oder schlecht finden. Es war sauber, das Personal war nett, Frühstück ziemlich überfüllt, aber gute Auswahl am Buffet. Kaffee könnte besser sein, hier spart man an Qualität. Das reißt dann der Kaffeeautomat auch nicht mehr raus. An einem Morgen war der Kaffee in der Kanne am Tisch unterirdisch, schmeckte kaum nach Kaffee. Wir wiesen freundlich darauf hin. Am nächsten Tag war es besser. Die Zimmer sind ok, das Mobiliar langsam etwas klapprig (Sessel fiel fast auseinander). Lage 1a, direkt an der Seebrücke. Parken mit 7 € die Nacht absolut fair. Getränkepreise in der Bar normal, gute Getränkeauswahl. Erdnüsse zum Getränk gab es gratis dazu. Die Zimmer sind hochpreisig, aber dafür ist man halt direkt im Ort. Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt.

Wir waren an einem Wochenende im Januar zu Gast im Seehotel. Für das Ausladen des Gepäcks kann man direkt vorm Hotel vorfahren. Ansonsten nutzt man einen gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz, der in einer Seitenstraße liegt und durch eine Schranke "gesperrt" ist. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und auch sonst war man die ganze Zeit während unseres Aufenthalts sehr nett. Das Zimmer renoviert und modern eingerichtet, recht geschmackvoll. Badezimmer mit Dusche ausgestattet und ausreichend groß. Matratzen fanden wir als angenehm und der Fernseher auch gut. Am ersten Abend hatten wir bei unserer Buchung noch ein Abendessen dabei. Dies wurde als Buffet serviert, war schön angerichtet und hat uns gut geschmeckt. Das Frühstücksbuffet an beiden Tagen recht abwechslungsreich und auch hier nett angerichtet. Lediglich die Brötchen waren eindeutig zu hart. Abends habe ich an beiden Tagen den Saunabereich besucht, der ist im obersten Stockwerk und besteht aus einem Swimmingpool, 3 versch. Saunen und großem Ruhebereich (von diesem hat man übrigens einen schönen Blick über die Ostsee). Mir hat es dort recht gut gefallen. Im Zimmer liegen Handtücher und Bademäntel für den Saunabereich bereit. Samstag Nachmittag wurde im Foyer ein Tisch aufgebaut mit alkoholfreiem, heißem Apfelpunsch. Das fand ich eine nette Geste und tat uns auch gut zum Aufwärmen! Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und alles war recht sauber. Auf der einen Seite die Ostsee mit tollen, langen Spazierwegen und auf der anderen Seite die City. Einzig die Beschriftung und den Weg zum Saunabereich finde ich nicht ganz so gelungen. Auch fahren nicht alle Fahrstühle ganz nach oben. Schade, dass die Zimmer nicht über einen Balkon verfügen. Das würde mich bei schönem und wärmeren Wetter schon stören.

In diesem Hotel kann man sich wirklich wohlfühlen, ob im Zimmer, im Strandkorb vor - oder im Garten hinter dem Hotel. Ein exzellentes Frühstück, bei dem aber wirklich nichts fehlt, lässt den Tag prima beginnen.

Sehr schöne Tage liegen hinter uns und nicht nur des Wetter war schuldig daran. Wir haben uns gefreut das Seehotel gewählt zu haben, es war besonders gut. Ausnahmsweise nette Menschen arbeiten dort, es ist sauber und gepflegt. Und das Essen ist nicht nur sehr lecker, aber meistens auch bio und regional besorgt.
