Totally amazed by this beautiful hotel. Excellent location in the city center. New and fully equipped with everything you need. Spacious rooms with a large bathroom, a large shower plus a bidet next to the toilet. Exceptionally comfortable beds with an extra pillow in the wardrobe. Comfortable bedding. Hotel staff always smiling and friendly. Nice bar with happy hour in the evening. The best of all is the breakfast with everything you want, plus possible lactose-free and gluten-free food. All the best for this beautiful little hotel.

Brandnew, tidy, modern and cosy hotel with extremely friendly personnel. You really felt welcome. Stylish hotel located nicely next to the historical old city. Shower room exceptional big and tidy, breakfast tasty and versatile. I can warmly recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciate friendly customer service, modern style and quality!

The hotel is brand new, modern and very nice. The room was excellent with a view to the vallies and Adriatic sea. Only about 400 meters to old city centre. 1st class breakfast. And the most polite, helpful and positive personnell. An extra plus: a parking place (with a reasonable charge) in front of the main entrance. AND hotel’s olen free of charge parking only 300 m away. Here you can enjoy Ostuni as long as you wish - and you do😁!

Room was spacious w walk in shower. Best breakfast & staff was accommodating, friendly & knowledgeable. Definitely 5star! We didn’t have dinner but the bar was cute & well stocked. We would definitely stay here on a future trip. Thank you Primo hotel!

There could not be a better staff or experience than staying at the Primo. Everyone was kind, and helpful, and the rooms were clean! The breakfast was AMAZING. I could not be more pleased with our stay. Even when I could not figure out the front door for the millionth time, they greeted me with a smile! :)

This is a new hotel, and it thoroughly exceeded our expectations. Bright, clean and modern, with quality furnishings throughout. Bedrooms are a generous size, with high quality and extremely comfortable beds. The bathroom facilities, including walk-in shower are a dream. Breakfast was very good, with a great choice. What really makes this hotel exceptional are its people, who create a wonderful experience for its guests. Special thanks to Greta and Edoardo; and to Leonardo, Nicoletta and Valerio. Excellent breakfast, delicious typical Pasticciotti. The hotel is perfectly located in the historic center, a few steps from the Cathedral and Piazza della Libertà, as well as numerous restaurants. Let's say that our stay was unforgettable. With excellent service, comfortable rooms and an ideal location, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ostuni. I will definitely come back!
