“I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I went there with my school, and the staff was always rude and inefficient. On the first day, I sat on the toilet to take care of natural needs, and it broke in a way that was unsafe for my health. After the cleaning lady passed through, the toilet was deliberately broken even more so that the hotel could keep my deposit money. Breakfast was decent, but lunch and dinner were disgusting. The food was terrible, and the hotel’s overall build quality was awful!!!”

Hôtel, chambre très propre, personnel au top et au petit soin, je recommande nous étions cinq avec des enfants chambre spacieuse petit déjeuner copieux avec plusieurs choix personnel très à l'écoute avec ses conseils pour nous orienter vers le centre ville .

Lit mal fait : drap du dessous trop bordé d'un côté et du coup pas du tout de l'autre côté Taie d'oreiller mise à l'envers (coutures et étiquette à l'extérieur) Toile d'araignée au plafond de la chambre Pas de balayette dans les toilettes ce qui peut être gênant si on les salit Deux grandes serviettes mais pas de petites Distributeur savon dans la douche tourné vers le mur très incommode pour se servir Buffet petit déjeuner très mal approvisionné : viennoiseries, jus de fruit... et dans toute petite salle en raison des travaux

Konumu Strasbourg merkeze 12-15 km. Asla Şehir merkezi oteli değil. Toplu ulaşım yok. Taksi de yok. Otostop vb yapmazsanız Strasbourg merkeze gidemezsiniz. Accor grubunun Sürdürülebilirlik adına ekonomik olmayı abarttığı bir işletme. Koridor sinek dolu. Odalar ses geçiriyor. Housekeeping ve teknik 2 günde bir geliyor. Kahvaltıda istemezseniz peynir çay yok. Resepsiyon görevlisi akşam herşeye bakmak zorunda. Bar, oda servisi, teknik.

Un séjour extraordinaire. Accueil paisible, Chambre propre juste le fais que le thé vert soit dans une boîte de thé noir😅 Sinon le séjour était passable et peu cher. Près de plein de commerce super séjour.

Équipe attentionné et gentil, établissement propre, mon budget était très serré par rapport au tarif du moment donc j’ai pu m’arranger avec le directeur qui m’a accordé une faveur pour mes 2 nuitées à l’hôtel. Encore merci pour ce geste.

Rien à redire sur l’hôtel, mais ne soyez pas pressé pour le check-in car nous avons pris environ 1h pour obtenir 2 chambres. Sinon la nuit a été agréable et cet hôtel reste acceptable pour une nuitée de passage en Alsace, et visiter strasbourg le lendemain.

Il y a plein d'araignées mortes ou vivantes sur les murs,même dans la salle de bain. Il manque aussi un petit frigo pour conserver la nourriture. La lampe est un petit peu compliquée et ne tiens pas vraiment. Sinon l'hôtel est bien, la douche est grande, le lit assez confortable, il y a juste les araignées et le frigo..

Cet hôtel est à la hauteur des autres ibis du groupe : chambre propre, cosy et spacieuse avec des lits confortables. Personnel très aimable. Parking très pratique. Seul le buffet du petit-déjeuner mériterait peut-être d’être un peu plus copieux !
