The space This 3 Bedroom apartment is located upstairs on the second floor, the first floor is a hair salon. The salon is busy most days with people coming and going, however there is not much noise heard from the salon below. At times you may hear the main/front door close when people come and go. Salon hours are usually 9am-7pm Monday -Friday. Saturdays 9am-2pm closed Sundays. The salon has its own entrance and security locks. All guests can enjoy 20% off any salon or spa services during their stay. There is a lot of activity on the streets and at times can be noisy. We are only a few blocks from downtowns nightlife. The outside balcony is a great place to sit and have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and people watch or grill up some hamburgers and hotdogs on the gas bbq grill. The master bedroom has a full bath with stand up shower. There is a washer and dryer in master bathroom. Master bedroom has a large walk in closet with vanity and changing area. Family bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Shampoo, conditioners and body wash provided are all high end salon products. Fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals including all utensils, cookware, dinnerware, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker. There are many spices and seasonings, flour and sugar to use as needed as well as olive and avocado oils. Keurig coffee maker and flavored coffee pods are complimentary. Guest access Entrance is equipped with Schlage keypad and touchscreen, electronic door lock. Upon booking you will receive the key code. There are stairs to enter the building. Entrance to unit is through the front door on Bridge Street. Enter through main doors. Unit is the door on the right. There is a Salon entrance to the left. Once you enter the apartment there is a coat rack and shoe mat. There is a flight of stairs to apartment level. Other things to note Stairs are required to access the main door of house on the front porch.
