This trip was mainly to visit Auschwitz. The location of the hotel is very close to the train station and the Auschwitz concentration camp. And the hotel is very new, the facilities are very prepared, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is very many choices, very rich and delicious.

Arleta was kind and efficient. She made sure to deliver the keys to us even when we didn’t manage to check in until almost 4am. The conditions of the room were good, bottles of water were left for us and the beds were super comfortable. I congratulate the Staff as I am very grateful for this experience.
