Too expensive for a noise rooms, you can hear everything all night long and we never can sleep well. I don't know it happenned on weekends, but people drunk on night is very insecure for a family. This hotel or motel is beyond noise for travel in family.

Great hotel in the centre of Otavalo - just around the corner of the market. Room was good size and clean. Personal was very friendly and helpful. Also, English was very good. The son of the owners even spoke a bit Dutch 😀. I would definitely stay again.

We loved this place. Sure the sound travels.and there was some chipped paint but it was clean and we got a wonderful massage. They opened the spa for us and we delightful. The price was great. It is a family run place and feels like lovely piece of Ecuador.

The hotel is too cute with its two patios full of greenery. What to make beautiful photos. It is also well located, in the city center near the big market. Note that the jacuzzi area is chargeable. The hotel is old and needs to be renovated. In terms of equipment, there is the bare minimum, no kettle, no hair dryer, no cotton swabs or paper tissues. Few choices for breakfast.

We could not rest due to noise from other guests in an ethyl state, loud music and scandals in the corridors, terrible experience, and too expensive for standard rooms that seem more like a coming house than a hotel

The hotel is right in the center of Otavalo, this is its main asset. The rooms are clean but quite drab. All organized around a central patio. Avoid those on the ground floor and in particular those closest to the hotel entrance because otherwise the comings and goings of customers and employees are disturbing. The upstairs restaurant overlooks the street, without charm but acceptable cuisine.

Net hotel, mooie ruime kamers. Alleen water werd niet echt warm. Binnenplaatsje erg mooi. Ligging is prima centraal in stadje en vlakbij de bekende markt. Personeel behulpzaam. Niet ontbeten hier. WiFi goed.

O hotel é simples mas muito charmoso, tem um átrium lindamente decorado. A localização é ótima. O serviço é excelente. O café da manhã não é completo mas foi muito bom. Ficamos em um quarto Superior, que era bem espaçoso com camas confortáveis.
