"I ordered the most common kind of house at the time. The hotel is located in downtown, which is super convenient! You can punch in some downtown delicacies on foot. The little sisters and brothers at the front desk are very good, and the key point is that I did not have this credit card at the time, and this shop does not need to provide it! The size of the room is smaller than that I have lived in before, but it's enough! Clean, tidy and warm."
"Great hotel; rooms were clean and reasonably spacious, and the amenities were very nice. Hotel gym was small but well-appointed. Restaurant is large and had a great view; food was adequate, nothing special, and pretty expensive for what it was."
"Convenient transportation, parking is also convenient, breakfast is OK, the location is excellent, it is convenient to go everywhere, you can walk, suitable for a family, the view of the capital is better, it is worth staying"

"From the geographical location, it is similar to several other hotels around. It is very close to Capitol Hill. It is no problem for the 4-year-old children to go by themselves. We originally planned to watch the light show, but the baby was not so late. If you don't watch the light show, it is best to live near the market, convenient to eat and drink. Spit the so-called garden view room, through a window of ordinary size, you can see two walls on the left and right (somewhat like a patio), and a narrow street in the distance. I feel that the garden view room is useless. Finally, spit and stop, the hotel does not have self parking, can only give the keys to their people, let them stop. The keys are always in their hands, they want to use the car or take things from the car through them (you can call or go to the lobby to find them, about 10-15 minutes to get the car, depending on how busy they are). Of course, this kind of ”high-end service” is to pay the money (30 knives)... After the spit is finished, the parking service varies from person to person, I don't like it. I wish you a happy trip!"
"I just came back from Ottawa, and the overall feeling is good. The seller show is not cheating. It is very close to the city center, and the city hall is all walking distance. Very quiet at night, there is a balcony, the door is opened with a key"
"A very stylish and modern apartment block. Check-in and room access by codes. Our studio apartment was comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the bath/shower very clean. The gym downstairs is good and well maintained. Location is good and close to the Parliament Hill area. Only ”negative” is that window doesn't open so no fresh air gets in."
"I was a bit overjoyed about this hotel. It has a stylish design and the shower gel and cream in the room are very easy to use. I couldn’t help but buy a set to take home 😂 There are scenic spots and various restaurants nearby. If you are traveling, it is a good choice."
"The location is very good, tableware and kitchenware are all available, there is a pharmacy supermarket and Lanzhou ramen downstairs. It is also very safe at night, and you must enter the password to enter the gate. Next to it is the City Hall and Capitol Hill"
"They listened to all my requests and the location of the accommodation was really great😀
I was worried because it was clean and the accommodation was a bit cheap, but it was clean and nice😀"
"Good service, good location, in the residential area next to City Hall, quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The kitchen is perfect (although the equipment is a little old), the bathroom is a bit small, but if you need to find a kitchen, you can choose"

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThe room was clean and I liked the facility as well. The room was spacious, which is something I enjoyed. I had a problem with the service though, which I eventually had to call Marriott customer service, but other than that, I liked it.
I was able to walk to the Parliament.
If you are looking for a spacious room, this might be a good choice.
GGuest UserIt is very convenient to walk to all the classics, the Supreme Court, the Capitol, the city center, and the Ottawa River. The hotel is very clean and quiet, the rooms are also very large, and the breakfast is very rich Western breakfast, it is worth staying in
BBig StomachThis trip is the most satisfied with this hotel! Really great! The hotel is located in Kanata, a technology industrial district west of Ottawa, and there are many IT industry travelers. The hotel is very new, and the South Asian sister at the front desk is very professional. When you check in, you will introduce the precautions and free facilities of the hotel in detail. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very rich, scrambled eggs and sausages are delicious. (The hotel didn’t take pictures, let’s post the scenery of Ottawa)
GGuest UserGreat hotel. I stayed here with my wife. We really liked the bed. Was very spacious. Room was clean and modern. Really nice blow dryer for my hair and nice modern iron. Television channels were a bit fuzzy. The hotel is sustainable so they don’t give bottled water. They recommend tap water. But I went to the gym for water. Washroom is clean. I like how there’s a nespresso machine in every room. The room can be a bit dark too. Not very much light.
AAlicia York-BirdI expected more from Glö than I received. I chose Glö as a ”treat” for a couple's getaway, as it was a newer hotel and appeared like it would be snazzier than the usual fare.
Pros: The bathroom was very nice, and the complimentary toiletries are top notch. The rooms are very clean. The mattress was very comfortable and the TV was a decent size.
Cons: The rooms are incredibly small, and while they are nicely furnished, the tiny ”couch” seat was more form than function (i.e. prettier than it was comfortable). The front desk staff seemed very new and clueless on basic hospitality essentials, like how to work the in-room television. It also took ages for a response from front desk on how to work the TV and the issue wasn't even resolved.
I probably will not stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone I know, as there are so many hotels to choose from in Kanata that offer better, more knowledgeable service and better pricing.
AAlex DouvilleWe had 2 fire alarms in 2 days, nobody told us when we’ve made the reservation. Fiest time ppl we’re afraid , we had to go outside… NO STAFF explain nothing to us for too much time. I asked at the front desk and the woman there just ignore me. The other woman that was there didnt either explain I had to asked what’s going on is it a practice or not ? Ppl were actually afraid… She told yeah in the most nonchalant way. Also when we arrived, there was still hair and stuff in the bathroom that I had to remove. Ive check in early I must say but they told it was ok that the room was ready. Clearly it was not 100% clean. Breakfast is very VERY basic. I had to told front desk that coffee was empty… Plus, the first guy that welcome me at the front desk was not sympathetic. If you have the budget to go elsewhere just do it.
AAnne-Marie MulumbaGreat stay! Right downtown, easy to find and accessible to everything. Clean and modern. Noisy due to construction. No room service, but a good lounge and dining area
GGuest UserThe hotel and service were great. The check-in receptionist was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I also had an opportunity to meet a couple of the cleaning/service staff in the hall and they were so friendly and nice. These two young guys had a great attitude. It couldn't help but brighten your day. Our room was very clean and modern. Nice furniture and bedding. All in all this was a great pick for our mini vacation in Ottawa.
OOceanMountain65Conveniently located right next to bus stop that will take you to main attractions in the city, luggage drop off before and after check in and check out allowed which makes trip planning much easier. However, breakfast is just a muffin, a small yogurt and a small pack of juice in a takeaway bag which is very disappointing.
The average price for hotels in Ottawa is AED 688 on weekdays, and AED 752 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
