Etwas ausserhalb liegendes Hotel, es ist sauber und gibt Parkplätze. Mussten uns selbst einchecken am Automat, vorab Anfrage wurde nicht berücksichtigt. Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit sollte besser sein. Grösse des Zimmers war ok, Bettenschlafqualität nicht besonders. Es gibt ein Getränkeautomat im 1 EG. Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen. Das Hotel hat uns nicht überzeugt, Preis Leistung stimmt nicht.

Das Hotel ist optimal für die Durchreise als Zwischenstopp geeignet. Wir sind schon um 13 Uhr angereist und konnten erfreulicherweise unser Zimmer gleich beziehen. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war freundlich und kompetent obwohl die junge Dame nach eigener Aussage erst seit 2 Wochen im Hotel war. Kostenfreie Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Hotel und in der nahen Umgebung. Auch eine kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage ist vorhanden. Unser Zimmer war seitlich und nicht direkt zur Rosenheimer Straße hin. Keinerlei Lärmbelästigung. Das Zimmer selbst war erstaunlich groß mit einem großen Doppelbett, großem TV, vielen Ablage- und Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Jacken, Taschen, usw. Das Badezimmer (Toilette, 1 Waschbecken, Dusche) ist allerdings sehr klein, vor allem die Toilette ist in ein enges Eck hineingezwängt und man hat etwas Mühe sie zu benutzen. Der Nachteil ist ganz klar die weite Entfernung zum Münchner Zentrum. Zwar gibt es in Ottobrunn eine S-Bahn-Station, die liegt allerdings zu weit weg vom Hotel für einen Fußmarsch. Man muss dorthin mit dem Bus oder dem Auto fahren. Parkplätze sind dort jedenfalls vorhanden. Wir haben unseren Ausflug nach München mit dem Auto (zur S-Bahn-Station) und weiter mit der S6 ins Zentrum gemacht. Das war recht angenehm und wir fuhren ohne umzusteigen in ca. 25 Minuten direkt zum Marienplatz. Nach einem ausgedehnten Besuch im Hofbräuhaus wollten wir um ca. 22 Uhr wieder zurückfahren. Das war ungleich schwieriger. Die S6 fuhr nicht mehr bis Ottobrunn! Also mit der S6 bis zum Ostbahnhof, dann umsteigen und mit der S? weiter nach Neuperlach Süd = Endstation. Von dort fuhr ein Bus weiter ins Zentrum von Ottobrunn. Nicht gut, weil unser Auto an der S-Bahn-Station in Ottobrunn stand. Also doch wieder mal ein Taxi: für 20.- Euro zur Station und unserem Auto. Fahrtzeit insgesamt 1 Stunde. Glücklicherweise konnten wir dann im Hotel gut schlafen. Über das Frühstück (15.- Euro pro Person = Buffet) können wir nichts sagen weil wir unbedingt ein Weißwurstfrühstück in der Stadt haben wollten.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Hotel und können nichts Schlechtes berichten. Das Personal war sehr nett, das Zimmer sauber. Gut, es gab einen undefinierbaren Fleck auf einem der Laken und der Flatscreen war mit Fingerabdrücken übersät - davon abgesehen war aber alles blitzsauber, vor allem das Bad. Tolle Duschkabine (inkl. Regendusche). Das Mobiliar und der Teppich waren etwas altmodisch, das störte uns aber nicht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem! Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, vielleicht mit 13 Euro etwas zu teuer. Für mich lohnt sich so ein Buffet meistens nicht, weil ich wenig frühstücke. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war nicht so sehr mein Fall. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Buffet. Die Lage des Hotels ist günstig, die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr geradezu ideal. Leider riecht es nahezu überall im Gebäude (in unserem Zimmer zum Glück nicht) leicht nach dem asiatischen Restaurant, das direkt nebenan ist. Alles in allem waren wir jedenfalls zufrieden.

Automatischer Check-In am Nachteingang (sonntags 17:30 Uhr) hat nicht funktioniert. Angeblich hätte ich nicht gebucht. Hilfe kam nach zwei Telefonaten, war aber unfreundlich. Service/Frühst. insg. ungenügend. Zimmer aber sauber.
