A very good experience at the Gazelle d'Or, at first there was a problem with the reservation, but everything was arranged by phone with Mr. AMAR. A big thank you to the staff for their welcome, everyone was helpful, thank you to the welcome and the smile of the receptionist whose first name I forgot, also to the agent who drives the shuttle from the airport (free, very practical). The villa was correct, exotic, the bed very comfortable (downside for the hot water but I should have mentioned it). It was very nice to walk in the dunes despite the strong wind. Too bad I couldn't enjoy the swimming pool which was under maintenance and I didn't try the SPA area. I also ate quite well at the restaurant Le Sud. I would definitely come back during the summer season!

This resort is one of the most beautiful places I have visited. Algerian hospitality at its finest! The staff were incredible- ultimate professionals . Rania on reception was friendly along with Ibrahim who was always there for assistance. The spa was so relaxing and miriam is a diamond! Stunning resort with memories and experiences for a lifetime. Already looking to come back so for now it’s see you soon! :) Thank you!!

Excellent staff in la coupoule a specially the restaurant:Yanis,Rabah,Abdullah and Ana's. The excursion was an amazing!special thank you to the tea man he was very polite and helpful. I had a good chat with the new manager who spoke very good english,and I suggested the things that went wrong when making the booking from London. He promised will do his best to make them better and will facilitate the service to be accurate. Overall me and my family we really enjoyed our staying at la Gazelle we can't wait to comeback again in the spring nchallah.

The resort captures the beauty of the Algerian desert perfectly! All buildings including rooms are very modern yet cultural, The food was amazing and the service is truly great Unfortunately it's not recommended to travel to this region around September/October due to the flies problem. Everyday from 6am-7pm there are thousands of flies outside so any activity will be interrupted due to how annoying it is. Make sure you visit outside those two months

Unprofessional receptionist (akram) A very good example of a bad receptionist The room was not ready at 5 pm I asked why he told me that the client did not leave the room at the time they were supposed to I had to wait for about 40 mins to check in knowing that I had to leave early in the morning He was talking with his colleague like it was my fault
