Perfect hotel, great staff always sought and friendly, full and delicious breakfast, large room, perfect cleaning, excellent location, staff indicated agencies with tours through the city that made it easier to know the city better, The hotel has the differential of having a parking the black gold streets are quite intrigant and tight so for me that was the key point for the choice of the hostel.

This is one of the best pousada hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. From the welcome at the outset through to the friendly send off 4 days later it was a joy to be a guest. Reception staff excellent and helpful, the concierge quite the best I have ever met, and then the room - steeped in colonial style and comfort. Stunning views to the hillsides and church opposite too. The restaurant was so good that my dear friend and I decided to ”eat in”. The waiting staff were superb and our first guides to Ouro Preto - how proud they were to give us tips and advice. The menu was inviting and the food tasty and reasonably priced. Breakfast was ample and a good start to the day. There was even afternoon tea served in the lounge where a wonderful log fire was lit in the evenings. Sheer comfort and joy. Nothing escaped attention. The national flag of international guests was flown from the time of their arrival. What a nice touch indeed! Archangel Inn is highly recommended to anyone who seeks a warm welcome, comfortable rooms, good food and undivided care and attention. A credit to Ouro Preto .....and Brazilian hospitality. Well done. We will most definitely return. Too good to miss.

Café da manhã maravilhoso, atendimento simpático e cuidadoso desde a recepção até o garçom do café da manhã e as moças da limpeza. Prédio bonito, estrutura bem cuidada e localização perfeita. Janio (da Central de reservas), Wellington, Guilherme e Túlio foram muito prestativos e atenciosos. Passamos belos dias em Ouro Preto também porque nos sentimos confortáveis nessa linda pousada.

The hostel is located in a good location, close to the centre, restaurants and market (which can walk), because it is not easy to walk through the black gold car hills. Rooms are spacious, bed and good dressing, very clean bathroom, breakfast well served with bread, yoghurt, fruit . staff very careful , all simple and well-conscious . The rooms are located on the second and third floor with stairs.
