Estuvimos varios días Bastante bien, amables y limpias las habitaciones. Aunque se suponía que había tostador pero cuando pedimos nos dijeron que no tenían más disponibles y nos dieron una sandwichera. Las habitaciones las limpian día si día no. Hay mesas plegables y son bastante cómodas. También hay más cojines en el armario.

Nos alojamos aquí por cercanía al instituto oftalmológico fernandez vega ya que queda muy cerquita,10 minutos andando. Hemos pasado dos noches en una habitación de la sexta planta limpieza todo bien, bonito y agradable. La única pega es que las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y se escuchaba mucho ruído de las otras habitaciónes. Por lo demás fué perfecto. Destacamos el maravilloso trato del chico de recepción, super cercano y agradable preocupándose de que estuviese todo bien.

Este alojamiento me ofreció un precio de 367 euros 4 noches en abril y al hacer la reserva no me la aceptaron y cuando intente volver a reservar me subieron el precio hasta 540 euros. Me parece una vergüenza que me hayan estafado de esa manera, rechazándome la petición para luego subirme los precios.

Por cobrarme el importe integro de la reserva a pesar de no poder asistir debido a enfermedad grave (con justificación médica, tratamiento oncológico de quimioterapia concretamente). Entiendo la política de reservas y cancelaciones, pero cobrar el importe íntegro de la reserva después de haber pasado allí ya dos noches y no poder asistir a la tercera debido a la gravedad en ese momento de uno de los ocupantes de la habitación (concretamente una madre recién dada a luz con un bebé de apenas un mes, mi pareja en este caso) me parece de una falta total de empatía y humanidad. Lo siento pero creo que el mundo se merece personas y establecimientos que estén a la altura de las circunstancias en casos excepcionales como este. No recomiendo este establecimiento para nada en absoluto.

El apartahotel tiene un punto fuerte que es la limpieza y las instalaciones. Todo lo demás deja mucho que desear. Constantemente hay una vigilancia que resulta agobiante cada vez que entras o sales del establecimiento aunque lleves allí alojado cuatro o cinco días. Pero el colmo de los colmos es la falta de palabra a la hora de los cobros. Puedes pactar verbalmente un precio y a la hora de pagar te cobran otro. Y encima la persona que te dio el precio, en este caso la directora, no da la cara.

Mi estancia en el hotel ha sido por una operación médica. Sin duda, muy buen hotel, instalaciones limpias, personal agradable y muy amable. Si en algún momento tengo que repetir el dormir en Oviedo. sin duda sería con ellos.
