Çamların ve palmiyelerin arasında güzel bir tesis. Zemini kum olan berrak dalgasız bir denizi var. Kapıda güler yüzlü Timur bey bizi karşıladı. Resepsiyondan animasyona kadar bütün personel gayet iyiydi. Arkaya bakan odamızın manzarası çam ağaçlarıydı , bonus olarak muhteşem kuş sesleri dinledik. Rus , uzak doğu ve yerli turist ağırlıklı müşteri vardı. Gürültü yada başka bir rahatsızlık hissetmedik. Yemekler de genel olarak lezzetliydi . Son derece uçuk fiyatların konuşulduğu sezonda makul rakamlara mütevazi ama keyifli bir tatil yaptık.

We are at this hotel now and we are really disappointed. We arrived 7 am Wednesday morning and weren’t allowed to checkin until 2pm after flying through the night. We were also charge €15 for breakfast because we couldn’t have our all inclusive bands until 2 pm. Staff are very unhelpful and use google translate to communicate. The food is catered for everyone apart from English guests. All signage in hotel is in many languages apart from English. The location is bad as hotel is off a dual carriageway and there is nothing outside of the hotel. Yes the hotel is lovely but that’s about it. Would not recommend this hotel if you are English and that is not a racist comment. They just don’t cater for English guests

26 Ağustos 3 Eylül tarihleri arasında grant Efe otelde tatilimi yaptım personel gayet iyiydi resepsiyondaki Muhammet bize çok yardımcı oldu animasyon ekibinden Emre eren İlayda hepsine sevgilerimi sunuyorum bizi memnun etmek için her şeyi yaptılar ama bütün bunların haricinde Grant Efe otel için aynı şeyleri söyleyemeyeceğim havuzunda büyük abdestini yapan mı ararsınız yemek kuyruğunda 45 50 dakika beklemek mi ararsınız bütün bunları yaşamış biri olarak bir daha asla bu otelde tatil yapmayacağım yapmak isteyenlere de bu deneyim mi anlatıp ona göre gitmeleri söyleyeceğim teşekkürler.

The hotel itself is clean with new bathrooms. The territory around is not too big but very cozy. These are the only good things. Most of the staff does not speak English. Those who do speak English on a very basic level. If you need to clarify anything you need to use google translate. If you loose/forget something you will never find it again in this hotel. My glasses which I wore only inside have just disappeared from the room and were never found. I submitted a complaint- no reaction. My daughter’s shoes in size 19 were left near the stage after mini-disco. We could not find them anywhere after that and the staff was not too helpful. The biggest disappointment was food of course. You really need to have a special talent to spoil the dishes from Turkish cuisine. The chef from Grand Efe has this talent. The food was also not enough. The salads were not fresh.

I have just arrived from this hotel, everyone were coughing and sneezing, i am covid positive. They infected me there. There were a lot of small children and they were crying all the time. I was infected there

We went with our friends and we were very pleased. Everything was great, the food, the desserts, the greens, we started to restrain each other because we would gain a lot of weight if this happened. The rooms are also clean and tidy. The staff is smiling and friendly. We decided to be there again next year. I recommend it to everyone.

The rooms were clean but the hotel is old and the rooms are very noisy. When we reported it, they said there was air conditioning but the kitchen made noises like a quarry, it is impossible to sleep. The sea is wavy and the bottom is stone. People are trying to get into the pool but the pool is not enough, there is no place to sit. Even if you find one, there are no umbrellas.
