Room was very small in toilet cold water all time telephone was not in working condition several time lift issues. In these budget we get the hotel panchmari very luxurious one. That all about i want to say

the rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! the staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. nothing was too much trouble.i feeling best of my tour in pachmarhi.

Very good location with parking. The restaurant provides tasty food at reasonable rates. Areas of improvement include better lights in rooms, toiletries must be upgraded, travel guide and reception can be better. To attract new guests multi lingual reception.
