The hotel is good but the air conditioner is not cold enough, we ask to change rooms, but the same is the ac not cold Thank you for the big room

The location is near the airport and quite convenient. Unfortunately, it took 20 minutes for the TV to not show or hot water to come out. The drainage was not possible and the shower room was flooded.
