Perfect location. We had a decent room with a nice balcony overlooking the river. We enjoyed our time on the balcony reading and watching the river traffic. Easy and safe walk to downtown Paducah and their many restaurants/shopping. The help, particularly at the front desk was awesome. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but the tall red headed guy that checked us in was able to answer all our questions and had suggestions for restaurants, etc. He went above and beyond his duties. When we pulled into the parking lot the hotel from the street is not appealing but the river view was wonderful and we didn't encounter any personnel that were not pleasant and helpful. Actually they all seemed happy to be there and wanting to make guest experiences pleasant.

This was our first visit to Drury Inn in Paducah, KY. My husband & I stayed for 1 night (a Friday) in a king-bed room. CHECK-IN: Prior to check-in, I called to request a quiet room on a high floor. We arrived shortly after 7p, & check-in took ＜5 minutes. We were assigned room #206.. second floor, overlooking the eating area & across the hall from a staircase. So, unfortunately, the hotel did not honor my request whatsoever. • Amenities: Coffee maker, hair dryer, a few hangers, iron, luggage rack, microwave & mini fridge. • Bath: Plenty of hot water & good pressure • Bed: Very comfortable, soft bed & pillows • Cleanliness: Very clean • Cooling/heating: Stayed comfortable • Decor: Recently renovated. I like the new style. • Sound: It was rather noisy outside our room, e.g. clanking in & around the breakfast area (before 7a), people using the staircase, etc. I woke up more than once throughout the night to loud bangs. If you're hoping to sleep in, do not stay in 206. Not to mention, traffic is much noisier than I expected. • TV: Very basic cable, no movie channels or streaming options. And there was a blue line running down the screen. • View: Parking lot & Bob Evans • WiFi: Didn't use; T-Mobile worked fine • Other: Single elevator is very, very slow. We would have used the stairs, but our luggage was too bulky/heavy. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Average both over the phone & in person. FOOD: • Kickback: Arrived after it ended • Breakfast: Standard & very crowded. We chose to eat elsewhere. LOCATION: Clean, convenient & safe. PARKING: Standard Would I recommend/stay again? Yes. Basic hotel, clean & comfortable. If it wasn't so noisy & the TV had more channel options (for a longer stay), I would have rated it a 5.

We ate breakfast and it was great as expected. Our room was a little different. There was thick dust at the top of the ceilings and around the floor. The lights were dirty to touch. The comforter had an orange food stain as well as the pillow had something red spilled onto it. We got there late, so we just dealt with it. As far as checking into the hotel, When I was on this app, it was originally $49 for a king size, then jumped to $69 for 2 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 toddler. I had already prepaid as well. Then I got to the front desk and they wanted to charge me $20 more for the teenager. I even showed him I put it down on the reservation, then he printed me out a receipt telling me I did not. I was about to sleep in my car. He said since my husband was a veteran, (he seen it on the license) he said just don’t worry about it.

Nice hotel but looking very run down as pictured online. Room was very dusty, did a finger test and bunnies flying everywhere, least the sheets was clean. headboards, baseboards, mirror had fingerprints all over it carpet looks so old and stained. Bathroom dusty. I normally don’t give a harsh review but they really need to do deep cleaning on this place, hallways had a musky smell and walls are all scratched up elevators was gross and the hot tub had a brown tint in water. Breakfast was OK.. won’t be staying again. Should hire a professional cleaning company. Bed was stiff. Again sorry for the harsh review maybe they will do cleaning improvements. The housekeeper lady didn’t have a personality when we greeted her. Just a resting face.

Nice big rooms with separate sitting area. Two televisions, one in each area. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our last night stay on this trip. I like the split bathroom concept. Breakfast was conventional hotel breakfast. The staff was nice at check in. I didn't see anyone at check out. We slept pretty good although they were giving tornado warnings.
