The hotel environment is average, but the location is OK, more than 10 kilometers away from Antelope Valley, 20 minutes by car! There is a BBQ opposite the hotel that tastes good! But the breakfast is not bad, the breakfast is better in the motel I have stayed in, free parking! As a transitional one night hotel is still possible!
We stayed 3 nights in the hotel for a very good rate. Easy check-in and parking was right outside of our room. Very convenient location. Room was good for the price with everything you need. Nice and helpful staff. Manager Dan was very friendly and helpful with information we needed. With his advisory we could enjoy and see more attraction during our short stay stay in Arizona. Thank you DAN very much. I had no complaint everything for me was so perfect I would definitely recommend this place if you want a good price/quality balance.
What a wonderful inn, just 2 blocks off the main drag. CLEAN, COMFY AND AMAZING OWNERS BUBBA AND DEB-B. The neighborhood appears a little off, however don't be discouraged at all. Their home is amazing with everything and more than needed. Plentiful on towels, soap, pillows, blankets and quiet. Cute backyard and bear decor. Breakfast included and made to order and ready when you want it. Fill out form the evening before. Plenty of parking too. We had the ensuite room with large king bed, private bath, loads of closet space and roomy. Reasonably priced and well worth it!
A very lovely stay. Huge clean rooms with large and comfortable king bed, separate living room area, microwave and coffee machine in the room. There is a 24hour tea coffee making station at the lobby as well with takeaway paper cups. Breakfast was simple but good, including waffles, bagels, toasts, eggs, sausages, cereal, yogurt, sauces and spread. Hot drinks and juices were served.
The manager, Natalie was super helpful and accommodating after hearing about the challenges we had getting to Page from San Diego (missed flight, closed car rental in Flagstaff and missing bag). Without us asking she proactively upgraded our room, decided not to bill us for the night we missed due to the travel hassles and accommodated us extending our trip by a day. The room we had was large and had a great view (same as the Lake View Best Western next door but at a lower rate). It's located within easy reach of the local sites (Horseshoe Bend, Rim Trail Beehive Trail and the Antelope Canyon Tour organizations) and some restaurants are within easy walking distance. Just don't miss the AM housekeeping as they apparently subcontract out, so don't have staff on site in the afternoon to take care of your room. Only minor complaints are: no USB charging ports on lamps/ walls. Our sheets were Queen size so only barely fit our King size bed. Not an issue for me, but some might find it annoying.
I have finally found the perfectly designed hotel room! Not kidding. Hyatt really did design an amazing hotel room. All the gripes over the years I've had with poorly thought out hotel rooms has stopped with Hyatt Place. Whenever we travel after this, we're going to be looking for Hyatt Place locations. What a great room - great bed with nightstands with easy access plugs and great reading lights. The living room has an awesome L shaped couch with a comfy ottoman for putting your feet up to watch TV. There is a room divider between the bed and living area so that someone can be up reading and not bother someone in bed. There is a mini fridge and plenty of desk space . I love all the lamps in the room with easy on/off toggle switches. The bathroom is awesome - tons of counter space, which is nice for women travelers who have a lot of products. A real shower door! That's a plus. We've stayed in too many hotels that have open, trendy showers where you can't get warm in the shower. Thank you for a real door on the bathroom and great lighting. There's two switches in the bathroom, one being a lower brightness light that comes on, which is nice when you get up in the middle of the night. Love the big shelf underneath the bathroom sink for stashing your stuff. PLUS there is a great bar/dining area downstairs with AWESOME staff - we went down every afternoon or evening and hung out and had drinks and dinner. We didn't want to even leave this place to go into town to eat. Great menu - awesome patio with fire pits, comfy furniture and beautiful sunsets. Lots of international travelers made it interesting. LOVE THIS PLACE! Thanks to all the great staff for a perfect stay. Thank you, Hyatt!
Great customer service. Originally we had a problem with a faucet in our room, and they moved us to a different room. They apologized and made everything right. I highly recommend this hotel. All staff was very friendly. The pool is great. Access to Glen Canyon is very close.

Excellent
GGuest UserOne of the newer hotels in Page, at least based on Google maps, I booked it primarily for the indoor pool to beat the desert heat. I was a bit disappointed it was so small, especially when there was a couple acting like 7 year olds trying to playfully drown each other. The reason for my lower than excellent review for such a new hotel was the price. We booked direct because of their so-called ”Price Match Guarantee” but after we arrived we saw on a third-party site, they were offering a lower rate we called their CS about it. (Their website has a claims that only works before you book or 24 hours after you booked with them) They said they will not do a price adjustment because that is a third party. So we naturally asked, why bother booking with your site/club then? They replied ”points for future stays.” I'm sure that customer service person is like most of us with real jobs - we can't spend 2 months of the year staying at fancy hotels, at most 2 weekends, there's no way we'll ever level-up to diamond status, so their argument rings very hollow. The adjustment was not unreasonable ($200 a night for holiday vs $153). It all comes down to commissionable rates - and it was obvious Hilton wanted to keep that as profit. Back to the hotel, their breakfast did not have scrambled eggs that day, unlike some lesser chains I have stayed at. There were the usual hot breakfast offerings : French toast, hard boiled eggs, cereal. There was free coffee 24/7 which was nice. Their app seems advanced in that you can pick your own room, and get a digital key, but the interface could use some work, as the app assigned us the same room the front desk assigned us, whereas all our other choices were two beds - which we did not ask for. Their business center was down the day of, but I did not know for how long. We had an issue with upstairs, possibly kids, jumping up and down repeatedly for almost two hours, despite complaining to the front desk, they were not ameliorate this until bed time - which to me means the walls are not soundproofed.
GGuest UserThe room is big and comfortable, and the lady at the front desk is very nice. There are grasslands and small deserts outside the hotel, and you can watch the sunrise and sunset. The breakfast is a rich Western food. You can do laundry, and it costs three dollars each to wash and dry. It takes only 10 to 20 minutes to drive to Sunset Overview. The only drawback is that it is not in downtown, but it doesn't matter because the whole town of Page is very small. It is very close to Horseshoe Bay and Antelope Canyon, and it takes less than 15 minutes to drive there.
JJudgeXiIt's about 5 minutes drive from the highway. Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, and Antelope Canyon are all within 30 minutes by car. There are similar hotels around. There is a 24-hour fast food restaurant nearby, which is within walking distance. The apartment suite we booked has a refrigerator, microwave, and tableware, etc. The space is relatively large. The bathroom is a bit cramped. There is a 24-hour water bar at the front desk, which provides boiled water, coffee, and various tea bags, all free of charge. The breakfast is average, but you can eat enough, and it is included in the room rate. Parking is convenient.
GGuest UserThe room is clean. The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. We do recommend some solo when our optional tour being cancelled. Happy with my stay and highly recommended.
GGuest UserNot my favorite hotel that we stayed at on the trip. The staff seemed unable to help with simple requests. We needed a roll away bed (as described in the amenities) and they could not help us. Breakfast was solid. Overall, service needs to improve.
GGuest UserWorst breakfast experience + Positive points: Clean and spacious rooms. Good location in the city, a lot of restaurants and shops around, close to the national park and amazing view points . Swimming pool which is nice to have when travelling in summer -Negative points : Bad breakfast offer and set-up Some reception desk stuff not too nice Low wi-fi speed on the evenings Swimming pool was not cleaned very good or not often enough : pine needles and dust floated This is the worst breakfast experience we’ve had among 15 hotels/motels in which we stayed in USA in the same or lower price range. At the pretence of the Covid related restrictions there is no self-service at the breakfast. There are no such restrictions in any other hotel we’ve been. You need to ask ladies at the counter what you want (a piece of bread, butter, jelly, cold boiled egg, cereals or milk). If you need an extra piece of bread you have to queue again and wait while other guests get their food at the counter. No hot meals offered, limited choice of fresh products - almost all the stuff is packed in plastic, meaning it contains a lot of preservatives (example: peanut butter sandwich which is already packed and doesn’t taste good; you can not do it on your own with freshly made toast.) . The only thing you can serve on your own is tea and coffee (thanks God!)- surprisingly there is no Covid danger here? The cutlery is also packed in plastic. If you need just a spoon, you’ll get a napkin, knife , spoon, fork, salt and pepper- all together packed in a plastic bag. All the rest you’ll just throw in trash if you need just a spoon. What a waste! I’m not talking here about the negative environmental impact with all this unnecessary plastic packaging and unnecessary waste. Travelling in the USA at the same period and even in the same state we never met such uncomfortable and waste producing breakfast set-up/ organisation. We’ve also found some stuff members at the reception desk not very nice. It’s a pity for the whole team because the others were quite nice and friendly - depends on the shift.
7762darricksWe Had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were very clean, large and comfortable beds. Shopping and restaurants are less than 5 mins away. And the lake is 15 mins away. No traffic noise. I recommend this place.
GGuest UserWe have service dogs. Upon checking in, the owner of the hotel and who also owns Country Inn and Rodeway Inn in Page, Az, his name is Deepak, asked us why we have service dogs and what disease we have to have service dogs. We’re too tired to argue with him after driving for 9 hours from Los Angeles. We showed him the service dog IDs and told him the disease we have. The owner, Deepak, even told us that it is illegal to ask what disease we have but he still wants to know since he’s the owner and he claimed that people lie. We were placed on the ground floor because of the service dogs when our room that we booked through booking.com has a mountaintop view and balcony. Our room didn’t have a balcony or mountain view, it was facing the parking lot. We booked for a deluxe king suite. Also, one of the sinks was clogged up. We could not wait for the handyman to do the repair since we have to rush out to our scheduled tour. The breakfast was TERRIBLE. There were no juices, cereal and milk available as advertised. The frozen breakfast sandwich was awful. The muffin was ok. When we asked for breakfast, the girl at the front desk said they didn’t have any. When I insisted to check the back room, she came back with a box full of sandwiches and muffins. I asked her why do you to have to lie and her response was do not give me a bad day. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. We feel we were defrauded. Very bad customer service. We complained to Booking.com but they did not document our complaint accurately. We’re really disappointed with both the hotel and booking.com.
GGuest UserGreat place. Friendly check- in.
Room spacious and comfortable
Good hot shower
Breakfast OK, not many healthy options
Best thing lovely swimming pool and the laundry ( $2 for a wash, $3 to dry plus $1.25 for washing powder) This all needs to be in 25c coins.
1.5 hours later, clean, dry clothes. Such a bonus when travelling long term
Great location for the Glen Canyon Dam and the Horseshoe Bend which is spectacular.
long term.
GGuest UserA hotel with a great location, very close to Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bay and Lake Powell. The staff is very professional and patient. We just arrived here and couldn't figure out the time zone, and the staff patiently answered our questions. This hotel also has a breakfast restaurant with a great view, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while having breakfast.
