It’s a budget and very basic hotel in Pahalgam. It’s the first hotel on the main road when you enter into the Pahalgam town. Pros: 1) Location wise very good. Just beside the Pony stand (for Baisaran valley etc.). 2) Tourist taxi stand (for ***, betab valley, Chandanwari etc.) is just few hundred meters away. 3) Staffs are good and helpful. 4) Cleanliness is ok type 5) Room, washroom are good and specious compare to the price. 6) View from room, balcony (common) was amazing. 7) Have functional electric blanket, geyser (operates only for a fixed timing) which is very necessary during winter time. Cons: 1) Do not have a full functional restaurant. They can serve only from a very few fixed menu that also doesn’t taste good. So, you have to be dependent on outside foods for most of the time. Good thing, you will get some good eateries within a half km distance.

From my experience, this hotel staff and management are very bad. as we book 3 front-facing rooms with the meal, and their price is 3500/room. room condition is very bad and also balance is very dirty with the bold sport. even if we request them to change those. but they denied changing any blankets. Evey bathroom is also very dirty, one of commode system also brooked and also we request to change this they did not do anything. Meal quality is also very bad. also, we booked 3 front-facing rooms but they provide us with 2 front-facing rooms and one ordinary room. and the time of payment they charge 3500/room but the ordinary room price is 2800 I suggest you all please do not book this hotel until and unless you don't have a better option. Thank You

This property is just avarage property in pahalgam but servi is beautiful and staff is so helpful and friendly food is delicious and lovely proprety is not four star cattagey it needs more improvement to four star standerd rooms and and washrooms need the major renovation overall it was the avarage stay removing of one star

LOCATION - First hotel in the main road, close to pony stand (For Baisaran Valley visit - Negotiate hard till 1000 per pony rate) and taxi stand (For ABC valley tour - Fixed rate at ~2350 per taxi); Few rooms have river view while others have kindda slum view (which we got) STAFF - Money minded, Misguided our taxi driver, Does not show any kind of adjustment BREAKFAST - Single option: take it or leave it type; Very slow servicing ROOM - Very basic room (we paid ~6500 per day but it deserves not more than 1.5k per day rate).Though room was tidied up but was unclean at the core (carpets, beds, etc. were full of dust), can see spider webs in balcony and toilets. No electric kettle and no water bottle. No elevator, poor wifi. Hot water facility is poor too. Both me and my wife got allergies from the dust in the room linens. Overall - At any price above 2K per day, you could get much better room in the vicinity. Though, I would suggest, the hotels or even good homestays near river are better places to stay. HIGHLY OVERPRICED
