Check-in was laborious, we waited 10 minutes for the previous couple to check in.
The receptionist ran through her procedure tersely, with no empathy, no smile; we've rarely seen anything like that.
We were there for two nights and received the same attitude from the person at breakfast.

She didn't speak to us either morning; it really seemed like the job bothered her or didn't suit her. The kitchen staff came to get coffee and other items from the dining room and left without saying a word. Across from me, I had the kitchen door open, and I could watch the staff coming and going during my breakfast. In short, we've had better breakfasts.
Otherwise, the room was clean, the air conditioning was incredibly noisy; we had to turn it off both nights, and the TV didn't work.
