Friendly service, though any sort of room service ends past 21.00.
Good location:
- 3 minutes walk to downtown Pai walking street.
- great view of the Pai river.

This place was amazing. The location was perfect, edge of the walking street to jump into town but still soooo peaceful! The river is right in your backyard with great view. The restaurant is so lovely to sit on the river too. Not the best food but good enough for breakfast. The host was very helpful running both. I got extra pillows I requested. I would only ask that they add a mattress topper as I sleep on my side and it would upgrade the beds a bit but otherwise very comfy and fun to be in a tree house. Def would come again

Lovely friendly staff. The Deluxe Villa overlooking the river and grassy area was very peaceful and private, yet about 100 metres from the walking street. Step into all the action, or step out of it just as easily. Breakfast (part of the room charge) was excellent. A really enjoyable experience!

I had a great stay here. Location was perfect for me. You can have a breakfast watching river and take a walk along the river. It is located in the corner of Pai walking street, so you can walk to walking street any time. Also, it is close to the Pai bus terminal( walking distance). Room was spacious and clean. But, don’t expect like 4star hotel service here. There is no receptionist. There is a lady doing multi roles(working at front desk, hotel restaurant,…I am sure many more). She was busy but very helpful. I enjoyed my staying here and I will book this hotel again next time when I travel to Pai.

The hotel facilities are old and rotten, and there is no hot water in the bathtub. The check-in time at the front desk was more than 40 minutes. Not only was there no one to receive us, but the room was also displayed as fully booked. We were told that we had not received the reservation email and were asked to wait at the front desk. It was an extremely poor check-in experience. There is no drinking water provided in the room, and the refrigerator is moldy and leaking badly.

This is my 3rd visit to this hotel.
I don't think there is a place like this in Pai.
Decent rest and great location.

05/01/24 We Sat and had a drink (Lemon Slush) on the terrace over looking the river. Such a nice place to come and relax. We didn’t eat but the food looked good and price fairly. We will definitely come back here to sip a drink and watch the river flow last.

The place has a perfect location. It is tangent to the river which provides a great view of Pai river and a bamboo bridge, while its other side is adjacent to Pai walking street (very convenient). We didn't stay here, only for a dinner. Pork steak and chicken steak were fine. The price was not expensive.
