The staff was friendly and helpful when we got some hiccup with our booking.super good location near the wharf. The room was cosy . 1 minus point is jus the shower water is too small

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay here at the Austria motel located in the centre of Paihia and close to all the amenities needed. The absolute highlight was the giant balcony on which we wined and dined every evening. The owner (who was filling in for the actual owners) was absolutely wonderful to chat with and offer help and advice. I absolutely know where to stay the next time we're in Paihia !

Had a wonderful 2 nights here. Spacious apartments with everything you need. Super clean and super comfortable bed, had the best nights sleep of our trip. Excellent information for walks and tours when we arrived. Close to everything. Would definitely return.
