Cleanliness: Not very clean. Towels have white fluff. Foot towels have stains. Found cockroaches in the room. Asked the housekeeper, she spoke rudely..said that they clean every day. I don't know how clean the customer wants???
Convenience: Tap water looks cloudy, water flows slowly, the outside sink is left with water for 1 hour, it's not full yet. The sink is stagnant. The TV doesn't work. The hot water doesn't work. Had to go find a technician at 11pm. The technician said that it can be fixed temporarily because it's the electrical system. The water is cloudy because the condo is improving the groundwater filtration. The TV is also improving the satellite signal.
Location: Very good, not far from many places in Khao Yai.
*In the morning, a bird suddenly flew into the mountain and couldn't get out because the net was put up. I don't know if the bird is afraid of us or should we be more afraid of the bird.
**All the complaints that Trip has been solved very well, but the owner doesn't admit that there's a problem with his room. I'm reviewing this for anyone who is considering booking. You might have to be prepared.
