Junior suite, top class. It would definitely make u feel like royals. Worth every penny. The receptionists are really friendly and English is okay to communicate easily.
My rented motorbike got some problem which is totally not related to the hotel but the team step in and worked with the rental shop, helped figuring out the best solution.
100% would stay again if happen to visit Khao Yai next time.

There was a slight misunderstanding on the first day, but the staff found solutions. The location is very near many beautiful landmarks. The kids enjoyed the pool, even though it was 18 degrees Celsius. One room was a bit old, and the hot shower in one room wasn't working. The front view shown in the app differed from the actual view. The food was average. All amenities were accessible. I liked the fitness room; it was clean. 7/10.

The view is spectacular, Price is reasonable but do not expect too much, you get what you pay. Hotel room is quite old and not so clean. Staff try very best to give the service. Very polite and willing to help. Dinner at the restaurant was also great. Prepare insect repellent with you, you will need it.

Mostly hotel veiw was really nice and beautiful place, the back yard hope you guys see that, but the bath room facilities are very good sauna big bath tub, a little problem water pressure. Only that, khaoyai mountain directly comes wind very cool and nice place.
